Other than the airport transfer which we opted for turning up late at the airport, I would say the staff totally made the hotel's value for money rise up. They were so friendly and helpful, sending us to the local pho bo shop when we asked about the best location to eat them, even helping us to change our money when we rang out of dong (yes going out at night personally to a local money changer, saved us the hassle and stress of crossing the roads!)

We got an upgrade to a deluxe room, which was really great. We could even do an early check-in. The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast is quite good and the location is great to explore some of the main sights and the old quarter.
