This hotel in Hanoi's old quarter was an ideal location to explore the city from. Our room was spacious with LCD TV, free private computer & wif in the room, ensuite etc and the free breakfast, although simple, was tasty and filling. We booked tours to Halong Bay and Sapa through the hotrel and they were really good and very reasonably priced. I can’t stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff were. Overall I’d defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are clean with decent showers and air conditioning. The breakfast was good and there is free internet. The hotel is in a good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the lake. The staff were so helpful, we booked our Halong bay cruise through them which was good and the bars and restaurants they recommended were excellent. We were able to store our bags there overnight, after we had checked out and were on the Halong Bay cruise. We would definitely recommend them.

Great location in Old Quarter - less than 10 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Computers and Internet access in each room. The breakfasts were great - particularly the fresh baguettes! I would recommend it to anyone!

Very pleasant to to stay in. Good cable TV/Fridge/AC. Good English spoken by reception staff. Very clean, beds comfortable, a tad lumpy though if being picky. We booked a Halong Bay tour with them. 2 day/1 night Deluxe Level $139 each. Newly fitted out boat as described by reception. Tour guide very good & excellent food on the boat. Beer & wine a bit on the expensive side though.

We had a great 2 nights here, very quiet, room was spotless, great shower, no balcony but windows open very wide onto courtyard. The staff are terrific, as are the tours on offer. We went on a 2 day cruise of Halong Bay that was fabulous as was a 1 day trip to The Perfume Pergoda. No hesitation recommending this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable room with modern facilities. The staff was very helpful and honest and gave us all the information for us the make a good decision about the Halong Bay and Sapa tours that would suit us. they also discounted the rate for us as we stayed longer and kept our bags for us. They were so considerate and friendly, we would highly recommend this place. It is also very well located in the old quarter. Breakfast was fine but we are bread lovers and the bread was not good quality.
