This hotel was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they even went to the pharmacy to buy me medicine when I was sick. Lai was especially helpful, and booked our tour to Ha Long Bay for us, and even got us into a better hotel on Cat Ba Island than the one on the itinerary. She also gave us lots of information and hints for finding our way around Hanoi. The beds at this hotel were SO comfortable, the rooms were clean with their own bathroom, and the breakfast was excellent and filling
