Mary looked after us so well. This hostel was such great value for money, so clean and good location to train stop and walking distance to major sights. Comfy beds with heated rooms and ensuite. We enjoyed our week there.

2 of the staff members were great. The tall girl with glasses and curly hair and the tall pretty brunette with straight hair were great. The other staff members were rude. The WiFi is awful and they keep a study room locked so you have to work from the play room. I asked them to open the study room and they said no. They said its only for teachers. How stupid is that? There is no space to work in your room at all. They don't clean the showers everyday. Big problem in an 8 person room.

Great hostel in a nice location just outside of Mitte. Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, ask Mary for all the best local restaurants!

Nice location close to S-Bahn. The doors to toilet in my 8-bed dorm were squeaking. And at night when fellow travellers were leaving (starting at 4am) it was impossible to sleep because of the constant loud sound of the doors. I honestly thought I will go nuts. Otherwise OK, staff is super friendly, WiFi worked.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Not much atmosphere

Large Hostel. Clean Room. Good kitchen and TV room. Easy access by U-bahn to Berlin sites. Friendly girl at reception made me feel really welcome!

It was the worst hostel i've stay in europe. We arrived to the ro and it was full pf spiders, we went to get some help to clean the spiders and the guy in the reception treat me like a crazy woman and didn't do anything to help. We couldn't change hostel because it was all full. The kitchen was small and didn't have anything available to cook. The bath smell very bad all the time because they clean with a product that smell like that. In general all the staff is not kind at all.

Very nice place

This is not a party hostel, if you're looking to meet people I would suggest you stay else where. However, if your looking for well located, clean and quiet accommodation this is probably the place for you. They have a great kitchen, very well stocked, the washing is cheap, and also the roof terrace is really nice (except the wasps).

The place is very quiet, in a residential area, maybe not in the centre of the action... but near to 2 u-bahn stations. Room was big and clean, breakfast ok. I was surprised to see so few people, the first morning I saw only 3 people having breakfast, the 2nd morning I was the only one in a cantine having something like 80 seats...

One of the people who stayed in our room kept bringing a friend into the room (during the day and night), and she would even sleep on other people's bed. This show a lack of control of people coming in and out. The kitchen is very messy, dirty and poorly equipped. If you're staying there, don't really count on using the kitchen. Apart from that, the mattresses and pillow were very very good, linens were clean and the bathroom was decently clean.

Fantastic hostel! Great staff, awesome beds and their common rooms even have video games and a foosball table. They have the option for you to rent a bike which i would DEFINITELY recommend. The hostel is a 5 minute bike ride from The Brandenburg Gate and the famous street Unter den Linden. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shower wasn't really the greatest. But overall, great place.

It really has everything you expect from a decent hostel. It's clean enough, beds and sheets are decent, lockers provided, a good breakfast, good location as long as you don't mind taking the underground. Only complaint: the Internet is a bit slow but it is free so...

The location of the hostel is not really far from the U-Bahn. Everything from the room, bed and the bathroom are also clean. Even though they are a noisy group of school teenagers in the morning. But, it is so quiet at night.

Good hostel with friendly staff, great location - very easy to get to main station and centre of town. We were unfortunate enough to have a group of school teenagers stay for the days we were there and they were very noisy! Good stay nonetheless

The hostel was nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. One shower for 8 people is not really enough and you had to wait for quite a long time to be able to use the bathroom. Also, the hostel is close to a busy street and to the underground, but the noise level was ok. Not many bars/restaurants close by.
