The hostel is located in the best spot of Medellin (Zona Rosa and Parque Lleras), next to bars, restaurants and nightclubs. All staff were friendly and polite and they gave us everything we need. There is a bar in the hostel, but wasn´t opened during 2 days I was there. Rooms are safe, clean and comfortable. I think they could have computer for the guests, but there is wi fi for free, so, it´s ok! I would stay there again!

It is a very good hostel, located in the best area of Medelin. The staff is very friendly and ready to help us. The roons are very clean, the bar is great too. I hardly recommend you to stay at Happy Buddha.

Great location and elegant single room. Didn't spent much time in the common areas, but they looked cozy and clean. Private room was 3-star hotel + quality at a great rate. Highly recommended!

Great hostel with great atmosphere. It's got its own bar, and even though that's a great thing for many, it may not be if you are the quiet kind of person (but only during weekends, in weekdays the bar may even be closed). About the free Sunday BBQ, it seems they have not held it for a couple of weeks in a row, I don't know why, but I was expecting it. Anyway, a great place to stay and to socialize with other guests because there are plenty of sofas and even a billiard table!

Nice little place to stay close to Parque Lleras night life, great pitas and Indian food just outside. Could do with a few more showers and while the staff can speak fluent English and were really nice, one would randomly turn cold and act like asking for advice or assistance was dumb/inconvenient. Atmosphere is friendly and quiet but Casa Kiwi hostel is very close if you want to drink/meet more people before heading out to the parque.
