Well, i did have a good and fine stay at Happy Coconuts Hostel. At first, i did have a hard time finding the Hostel since there was no signage big enough to be seen. I guess, they should provide signage visible to the guests for easy find...but generally, my stay was all fine and excellent...the ambiance is homely and quite and the staff are all accommodating and hospitable...i relaYED and shared my stay there to my colleagues and really, i will be coming back to stay there come july or august

Hostel is located in BF homes area, which is some kind of securated area. There are security guards supervising the traffic to the area. Hostel was behind very high wall. We definitely felt safe in here! Staff was excelent, always helped us. This place is great for couple nights stay and very good place to meet other travellers. SM Sucat shopping center is near, jeepney ride from sucat road costs P12. To ninoy airport metered taxi will costs about P300. We didn't see any tourists in this area =)

Good place to stop over and relax if you are just flying in or out as it is in Paranaque 20-30 mins from the airport. If you want to visit Manila CBD or the historic city (although I hate these places) then this is far away and there is no tourist infrastructure in the surrounding area. The major disappointment was they would not let me store my bag from 2pm-6pm even though the place was half empty. I couldn't carry my things with me into the town so I had to pay for an extra night - very poor
