Analyse and Sam are wonderful - their home/guest house is lovely and the tour that we took with Sam on motobike was great. Its a great choice if you are seeking a quiet, personalized guesthouse in a very convenient location. We loved it!

I was impressed the free airport pick up was waiting for me still (plane delayed by nearly 2 hours). Cambodia is the 4th country I have visited in three months and, by far, "happy" is the best place I've stayed in; the manager was excellent, the staff professional, very good hygiene standards, tasty food, which all contributed to a very good atmosphere and enabled guests to feel relaxed. My only advice is please ask drivers to allow guests to arrive and settle in before plugging tours.

This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in - well priced, excellent food and incredibly friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make your trip as comfortable as possible. Happy Guest House is conveniently located at walking distance from the city center, but offers bicycles and friendly tuk tuk drivers for those that want to get there quicker. Happy is 15-20 minutes from Angkor Wat by Tuk tuk...i would highly recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Siem Reap.

Very friendly staff who can do everything for you (provide a tuk-tuk, book tickets, find all the information you may need). Good food, pleasant shaded rest area, free wifi, spotlessly clean (rooms cleaned every day). The boss speaks French too. Definitely highly recommended

Great place to stay! Ms. Chhorpoan and her staffs are very helpful. Quiet place to feel Siem Reap brezze, far from bustling Pub Street. Even I would stay again when I get back there.

It was great to stay in this hostel. The room was clean, air con, light, water heater were all working. The most satisfied thing was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful.

We pre-booked a room only to find they had given it to someone else. They gave us an inferior room for the first night and then we had to move to our booked room. We organized a packed breakfast which they told us would be ready for our early morning trip to see the sunrise over Angkor Wat,they forgot to make it. WiFi is painfully slow (not usable to the point that they should not advertise that they have WiFi) We gave them our laundry and they forgot to do it, so we left with the dirty washing.

The staff at this hostel are always willing to talk to anyone and give advice or just hangout. The food is cheap and breakfast is delicious. bottles of water are also sold here for the one of the cheapest prices we saw. The rooms are cleaned everyday and spacious for a hostel. They helped us find a driver for a tour bang maleang, kbal spean and bantay srea. They even helped our friends that were staying at a hostel across the road. There is a great sitting area out front for people to mingle in.

Very nice hotel with great value, clean spacious rooms. 10-15 min nice stroll to the night market and pub street. Lots of other places nearby to eat but food is so good and cheap and the restaurant is a nice place so it's nice to eat at the hotel. There's a guesthouse with a pool you can use for $3 just a few houses away. Lots of information and $1 bike rental at the hotel and the staff are lovely. We highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place to stay - can't recommend it highly enough. In fact, we cancelled our stay further down Cambodia and stayed in Siem Reap for this very reason. Nothing is too much trouble and we thoroughly recommend the tuk tuk driver 'Crazy Tommy' - he's made our stay one we'll never forget...

Great staff! We received a lot of help from the staff in the hostel, there were many activities available and all planned out for us to choose from, and they were at cheaper prices than others outside.. Rooms were cleaned everyday, great service, definately will be back in this hostel when I'm at siem reap again!

The staff at Happy guest use were really great - so helpful and arranged our Vietnam visa and booked buses for us. I would rate this as one of the nicest hostels we've stayed at in SE Asia in terms of the people, atmosphere and value.

Nice hostel with good staff. About 15 minutes walk too town. Their tuk tuks are way overpriced. Suggest that you get one outside of the hostel. Good inexpensive breakfast, other items just ok.
