AlThough location is a little bit tricky but once you get use to the place, everything feels like home. Dont have to worry about food, they are always ready to serve you at the common area.A few tourists cum residents have made the guesthouse their temporary home said well enough how pleasant the place is to the visitors there.

The staff at the guesthouse is great, including all of the tuk-tuk drivers. It's a great, one-stop-shop for hotel, restaurant, and tour booking. (The one thing I'd advise against booking is the 8AM bus to Bangkok. They were AWFUL. It's not Happy Guest House's fault, as they're not affiliated with the company. Just book through a different bus company in town.) =) Otherwise, the tours and the food were really good. The walls are a bit thin, so bring earplugs -- nothing unmanageable, though.

A really nice little guest house tucked away in the side streets of Siem Reap. We stayed 3 nights there and were very happy with what they had to offer. Our tuk tuk driver was very kind but did over charge us for two days traveling around Siem Reap to all the temples we felt. The hostel serves good food and beers so there is no need to go out in the evening if you are tired. Just be mindfull that they do enter the rooms to clean whilst you are out, nothing went missing though.

best hostel I ever stay at! Very clean, great staff, good rooms, excellent food with a good variety, very nice restaurant ( good place to meet people!), internet working. The tuk-tuk driver (Phea) was excellent, always worried about me and if I wanted something to drink or eat, definitely recommend him as driver! Certainly would stay there again.

Great hostel, on site food was good, staff are excellent and very helpful. We rented bikes from the hostel and cycled around Siem Reap for the day, despite the fact the whole town was flooded and the water came above our wheels in same places, very good fun. We came back each day to a made up bed, empty bins and fresh toilet roll, doesn't sound like much if your used to 5* hotels but great from a hostel. Also on site cleaning service very efficient. Tuk tuk driver took us round Ankor. RECOMMEND

It was a good place to stay. Good size room and comfy beds. You could rent a bike for $1/day and ride around town no problem. The food was good and cheap! Overall it was a good place to stay and i would recommend it.

Staff were very friendly, good food menu. The room was nice and clean. My only issue with this guesthouse was that there just wasn't much going on, particularly if you are a solo traveler trying to meet people. Near central market but still in a quiet area so you can sleep.

PROS: air conditioner, restaurant on site with good food, travel and tour arrangements on site, personal drivers (tuk tuk) on site, internet room free of charge for guests, clean rooms and bathrooms. CONS: no hot water, we found a cockroach in our room despite being on the 4th floor, location is close to downtown but even closer to a lot of creepy locals and children who will steal your money.

Happy Guest House is highly recommended. We just stayed there a couple of days ago and the place is a gem. The staff are warm and approachable. The place is homey and clean. It's a happy place for lodging. Will definitely book the guest house again.

The Happy Guest House was the perfect place to stay. They picked us up on arrival at the bus station, even though our bus was delayed by a few hrs. Free bottle of water on arrival and departure. Free wifi internet at reception and PCs to use. Cheap yummo food to enjoy and choose from. Tuk tuk service always available for approx $1 pp into town or hire for a full day of temple sightseeing. Thank you so much for all your help Supi and the Chhorpoan family! :-)

The hostel arranges everything you need to get around. They have good restaurant and breakfast with good prices! They pick you up at the airport with their associated tuk-tuk drivers, totally reliable and with whom you can set a deal for driving you to Angkor complex! The staff is more them friendly! The common area is a nice verandah with wifi, 3 PCs, board games, cable tv and where you can order the meals. They have bicycles for lending in very good conditions.Definitelu would stay again
