Travelled as couple. Great location b/w city centre and nice suburb. Private double room was really spacious and much nicer than we expected for hostel prices. Fully equipped kitchen, and nice common areas. Good breakfast and helpful informative staff who booked all our tours for us no worries. Relaxed atmosphere, by no means a party hostel but that suited us perfectly. Negatives room 9 shower needs servicing, it drained very slowly, and ground floor wifi very sketchy but other floors fine.

Really great breakfast, including eggs. Easy walk into town. Staff nice. Gorgeous old building, creaky but lovely.

Very nice building and spacious rooms. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, however it felt a little subdued for a happy house!

Bedbugs in room 14! Although there was a Note in the men's bathroom they have worked on this issue, the bugs are still there. We spend the night from 16th to 17th April and did unfortunately not Pay enough attention on the signs. Like we got a very Strong Air freshener in our room.... And did not check the matresse. Our fault, I paid with bites allover.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. A very tasty breakfast and good communal areas, pool, outside seating, TV Lounge, kitchen, balcony, etc. We booked a twin room and did have four bunk beds rather than two singles which wasn't expecting but they were comfy despite banging my head a couple of times. Floorboards were a little on the creaky side.

Very nice guest house, quiet and with very good facilities, good breakfast and nice staff. Very good location, in a quiet place, but close to the center. Very close to the bus stop of the bus the comes from the airport.

Everything in this hostel is excellent. The building is just stunning, the personnel is really friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Different wifi networks in the entire building work perfectly. If we need to give one negative point; the kitchen is not well equipped (for example, there were only two wine glasses in the kitchen for the entire hostel). Would certainly recommend this hostel to everyone planning to travel to Santiago. Don't hesitate to book here!

Kitchen equipment was very limited, not even a tea towel.

The nicest hostel we have stayed in, more like a boutique hotel. It is massive and the double rooms are big. The pool area is lovely with lots of outdoor seating. Location good only 10 to plaza de armas. Lovely hostel, not much of an evening atmosphere but there are bars near by. Would definetly reccomend staying here.
