Great staff, friendly and helpful. A very tasty breakfast and good communal areas, pool, outside seating, TV Lounge, kitchen, balcony, etc. We booked a twin room and did have four bunk beds rather than two singles which wasn't expecting but they were comfy despite banging my head a couple of times. Floorboards were a little on the creaky side.
Very nice guest house, quiet and with very good facilities, good breakfast and nice staff. Very good location, in a quiet place, but close to the center. Very close to the bus stop of the bus the comes from the airport.
Everything in this hostel is excellent. The building is just stunning, the personnel is really friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Different wifi networks in the entire building work perfectly. If we need to give one negative point; the kitchen is not well equipped (for example, there were only two wine glasses in the kitchen for the entire hostel). Would certainly recommend this hostel to everyone planning to travel to Santiago. Don't hesitate to book here!
Kitchen equipment was very limited, not even a tea towel.
The nicest hostel we have stayed in, more like a boutique hotel. It is massive and the double rooms are big. The pool area is lovely with lots of outdoor seating. Location good only 10 to plaza de armas. Lovely hostel, not much of an evening atmosphere but there are bars near by. Would definetly reccomend staying here.
Amazing building and space to hang out, comfortable beds, great atmosphere, breakfast, and staff. The mens bathroom was our only criticism as it was no so private or spacious.
I thought the hostel itself was lovely and definate value for money. The swimming pool is lovely. However the staff - although very nice - didnt really know what they were doing and often made matters worse. It was very stressful when asking their assistance to book shuttles for us to the airport and they often got things wrong which resulted in last minute changes and unexpectd costs. Also the majority of staff understood very little english.
Absolutely gorgeous hostel that includes all the facilities you can want. Swimming pool was great! They could fix or replace the computers, though. Only one of them was working. Apart from that, absolutely awesome place.
This is a very Chilled out Hostel, caters to a lot of groups from Elderly to families and the backpackers... making it a very interesting place to visit! It has a lot of space and areas to interact with other guest if you want or places you can just chill in away from everyone! Overall I enjoyed my stay!
Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Location was close to downtown and within walking distance of a lot of attractions.

Staff scheduling was strange: at times three or more people said around boring themselves, oher times one lonely european intern struggeled alone with several spanish-speaking guests while having to prepare breakfast. Bathroom bins should be emptied more frequently and paper restocked.
I loved this place! More expensive than i would usually spend but worth it!! Beds are so comfy. Breakfast is lovely. Just a great place to chill out. The kitchen is lacking the basics so dont expect to be able to do much.
