Location, kitchen, and cleanliness were fine. but the staffs also work for a restaurant, so they were often too busy. It was also uncomfortable to leave my room key to a staff whenever go out.

Everything was great about this hotel. Location is so close to the train station, just a few minutes walk. Staff was very friendly. Free luggage storage facility. I would definitely like to stay here again.

It's a good hostel, but not great. It is cheap relative to other places in Interlaken, and you can get a private room without paying an arm and a leg. The facilities are fine too. But it is very English. The atmosphere is catered to people who want to be tourists during the day but then come home to their own culture at night. If you want good value and speak english, it's a nice place, but if you're looking for a real Swiss experience, you should definitely stay elsewhere.

Staff was good and helpful! Location was super good. Room was clean and tidy. Definitely recommeded! Oh, if you travel by train, the terminal station might be Interlaken OST, make sure to ask whether the train pass by Interlaken West. In many cases, it does. So you do not need to stop at Interlaken Ost; you can stop a bit early at Interlaken West.

The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, so it made my stay there really enjoyable. The hostel is pretty easy to find as well, as it's just a 5 min walk from Interlaken West Station and bus station, and just off the main shopping district. The room was huge! Really big for the price I paid. Overall, a really enjoyable trip down to Interlaken staying at the Happy Inn Lodge. :)

The staff was not that nice when checking in, but made up for it with great, friendly service in the restaurant!

The Hostel was located in the centre of Interlaken and less than 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. It was a good 20-25 minute walk to Ost.The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, there was a great bar with some real ales along with a regular selection of wines and beers. The Hostel was very vibrant on the night that there was a live band playing in the bar down stairs but did not go on too late. The hostel was clean but quilts a bit small in length overall Very good.

it is a bar in the ground floor, so it would be a little bit noisy at night. but others are good.

There is a bar downstairs and sometimes noisy. The room and other facilities are simple but ok. No seperate pinboard. You have to share only 2 pinboards with all the other visitors. This is very unconvenient for travellers. 没有独立的插销,充电很麻烦。

Definitely my worst night at a Swiss hostel. There were music playing downstairs with loud drumbeat till midnight which made it impossible to sleep. There was no hot water in my room and the bed doesn't feel clean.

We decided to stay in a dormitory. So, were obviously not expecting a 5-Star accommodation. This was a real value for money and the location was the biggest plus, just a couple of minutes from Interlaken West.
