Friendly staff. The hostel is near the Interlaken west train station. It is old building but clean. The bar/restaurant (same owner?) downstair is super delicious, I cant forget the chicken wing. My room is big with good lighting. The atmosphere is quite lively there.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the hostel is in the heart of the city. Please be informed that the hostel is on top of a Bar.So, if you are fine with that, then this place the best in town to stay and spend quality time. And, they have live music every Thursday night in the bar, which is awesome - Anshuman(India)

We had such a wonderful time there and everyone was so nice that we are going to go back in probably two years and we want to stay at the Happy Inn again. they all virtually treat you like family, it couldn't have been nicer. Thank then again for the lovely time.

Nice enough hostel, close to the station and a pretty good bar/restaurant that was filled most dinners and a good place for a drink. The beds/room weren't anything special but the rest of the place provides value to the stay.

Internet is not working at all at 2nd floor. One of the staff has a bit character that we weren't too comfortable with it but overall still OK. Should provide dedicated staff to solve customer issues on travel but it seems all staffs aka waitresses or bar tender they were too busy to be patient on that support.

it's my second vist at Happy Inn. The owner is always there. Every one is very friendly, excempt the bartender, but he's cool.

Great hostel! Staff very helpful and nice! Great food in the brasserie. Great location, next to the West train station, 10 minutes walk to the Ost. Would stay again!!

good,pub & food is well.and because consumption of swiss is expensive then other country like Germen or Austria,zhe price is ok
