Very clean hostel and the owner is help full and friendly. Common area is very narrow. Close location to sentosa, Chinatown, food stalls.

Mike the owner is extremely nice and very helpful with all questions, including activities and things to do - where he also offers many discounted prices. Good location, about 10 minute walk from the MRT. Small hostel but very clean and comfy beds. Fast wi-fi, there's also a laptop that is free to use. Free breakfast and tea/coffee including toast, cereal and fruit. Very impressed and really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and stay there again myself.

We really enjoyed staying in the Happy Snail Hostel. The room was quite big and the interior was nice. Also the All-Day-Breakfast was good.

Loved the homey, relaxed, comfortable vibe of this hostel! The owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They go all out to ensure that everyone has a nice stay, nothing is too much trouble and they even let you stay in bed for a couple of hours of extra sleep after check-out before catching a late flight. The hostel isn't in the city centre, but its very location at a residential block gives guests a unique stay. Clean, tidy and welcoming. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

I think the hostel is quite nice. The only thing you have to worry about is its location. But it is easy to take bus nearby.

I had a fantastic time at the Happy Snail! It has a very relaxed and homely vibe, and Mike and his wife go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable and happy during their stay. They offer discounted ticket prices to all of the attractions, and give thorough information on how to get around Singapore and Sentosa. Also, the food court next door has delicious food at very affordable prices. I would definitely stay again!

This is like living in a shared aparment - well probably because that's exactly it. Small common area near the entrance where you meet all other travellers. The owner really takes care everybody has a great stay, there's free breakfast, coffee, tea and even softdrinks for small money. If you're and open-minded person you'll love that place. Location is a little offside - but considering room prices this is absolutely okay though. Time to main tourist attractions is perhaps 15-20 min.

Loved this hostel. Was my first hostel ever and Mike the owner was wonderful very helpful with ways of getting around. Very close to everything simple bus to MRT and you can access everything from there. Very clean! Was small but made it helpful to talk to others and make friends. Live the free bread and Nutella for breakfast and all day. Would defiantly stay here again. Very safe and easy to find!

Super stay, it's a pity they don't have a little more room, as there isn't really a lounge area to meet other guests, but otherwise a fantastic hostel. Mike was brilliant. Beds were fantastic. Showers are in a wet room with the toilet, which is not really ideal, but for the price a fabulous.

Lovely little hostel in a good location. Easy to find following their directions. Mark and his wife are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Clean and tidy. Larger beds, with own light and power points which is nice. Air-con in rooms, and umbrellas for those times you need them! They offer discounts on the tours, which is also handy. I would definitely recommend this hostel, great value for money!

Mike and Christine, the owners, and brilliant - helpful with information, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, as are the bathrooms. Free use of in-house computer, wifi is good. Breakfast is excellent and very generous - toast, fruit, cereal, porridge etc. A bit outside the city but nearest MRT is well-connected and only a 5-10 minute walk. Highly, highly recommended.
