Yery good hostel, the owner is super friendly and helpful; location is a bit out of the city center but that way it´s in a more quiet neighborhood and chinatown/the city center is still within walking distance. Small and cozy, you can book many tours from there and get a discount, for example for the night safari at the zoo or gardens by the bay. Getting there from the airport is super easy, there is a shuttle bus that will drop you off direktly by the front door. Would definitely book it again!

A great hostel for someone looking to see Singapore on a budget. A bit of a walk to places, but you can walk anywhere from here. The staff is very helpful and easy to approach.

Clean hostel with comfortable beds. Easy to get around by bus and the owner has lots of notes and signs with which buses to take. Mike (the owner) isn't around much which means the hostel is left to the guests most of the time, seemed a little strange to me and made checking in difficult. We wanted to start our day early but had to wait for Mike until 9:30 am, he was very nice though so if you asked you might be able to work something else out if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Its a very unique hostel. The owner is only there a few hours a day, so you need to email him your arrival time and he would email back with instructions on how to get in ( access card locked in a small cabinet by the door). The hostel has a friendly feel with a huge amount of info, maps and tips, very helpful. There is free bread, jam, nurella and peanut butter. The place is small but very clean, good value for money. There is a phone that you can use to ring Ken if there is any problem.

Amazing hostel, I haven't seen one like it in awhile. The owner is very knowledgeable and lets you know how to get to where you want to go. It's kinda small but that means you get better interaction from a all your fellow hostel mates. I thought Singapore was going to be boring but this hostel made it a city to remember.

Nice place and very cheap for Singapore. The rooms are pretty small so everyone hangs out in the common area which is nice and makes for a good social scene. The AC in our room didn't really work which was kind of unpleasant in the mornings but it did mean you got an early start to the day. They also had tons of free bread peanut butter and Nutella which was a nice touch. Overall would stay here again.

Great spot with great people.

This hostel really knows how to receive guests - even if there's no attendant. I was pretty amused with the post-its scattered around the walls which will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know (even how to use the TV remote control lol). I also love the nutella-all-you-can, and Mike was even extra kind to buy roti prata for everyone. Two thumbs up!

A little bit smaller hostel than we expected, with just three rooms. It was just good and you could choose to socialize with others or have your own time in your room. The internet connection was fast and reliable and we had a lot of help from that. We were also able to buy metro card from the owner Mike, and got help from him in order to catch the right bus etc. The bathrooms got a little bit dirty after a while, and could need more regular cleaning.

Very small, intimate hostel that has been one of the cleanest I have ever seen!

Comfortable beds, with lights and a plug each, self-controlled airconditioning throughout the whole hostel, good bathrooms(only two though), nice atmosphere. Home-like feeling, helped by the fact that you have a 24/7 supply of Nutella, Peanut Butter and Jam (big glasses!) + different sorts of toast. A food court is directly outside, with good, stuffing foods around 3-4$ each. Really friendly owner and staff, provide you with all you need for discovering Singapore. Definitely recommended

Michael was really great with everything and the atmosphere is really nice although I found it a little small as there wasn't much space to chill out. location is in easy reach of everything, walk 10 minutes to the subway station and everywhere is easy to access

Very friendly staff! Good beds! They inform you about anything you have to know about Singapore and its facilities! There are some bus stations close to the hostel as well!

I enjoyed the atmosphere here. I met some kind people and felt very comfortable. The location is not great, too far from mrt, and it was a little expensive, but i had a very happy stay.
