Die Wände sind dünn wie Papier, die erwünschte Privatsphäre durch ein Doppelzimmer erhält man hier sicherlich nicht )

The staff was friendly, but the place was dirty. It is very well located, but the actual facility is bad. When I arrived to my room, the bed sheets smelled like they had not beeen washed and there was hair on my pillow. Do not try this place!

The atmosphere is sterile: fluorescent lights, long hallways, and IKEA furniture. The rooms are super cheap, but that means you have to pay extra for everything else (sheets, towels, internet, any of the recreational amenities). The showers aren't comfortable: there's no place to put your clothes where they won't get wet. By far the best thing about this place is the breakfast: I was pleasantly surprised by the generous and tasty buffet, and oddly, it was the only thing they didn't charge for.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made us very welcome. The hostel its self is in a brilliant location having underground and train stations within walking distance and from here you can find yourself in central Berlin within 20 minutes. We found it great value for money , the bedroom was plenty big enough and clean, and the showers and toilets were good too. Breakfast was always very good with lots of choice. I would highly recommend happy bed to anyone :)

Sorry but we only have wifi in the lobby. Anyway we're happy to know that you liked your stay on our hostel. If you will come next time you can use our new decorated computer room too so that you don't have to bring your own pc. Best wishes from Berlin.
