Very friendly stuff,good location,calm place.But hostel is old,in the evening a bit chilly.

A little bit cold at night,old.

stated that breakfast is included in the price of accomodation. But after checkout while returning home we were notified that we were charged additional amount through credit card for breakfast.

The first room we got was terrible. It was far away the reception, in the kitchen was somebody living so it was quite difficult to use it freely, and it look that it had not been cleaned properly. So we asked to change por a private room instead of the room of 6 people where we were s taying. It was 5 euros per person more but it was excellent. That was an appartment with all the comodities an appartment must have.

Very nice structure, in a strategic position. Westbahnhof is well connected to the rest of the city, so you can go everywhere in a few minutes. The receptionists are very helpful and the rooms are well cleaned, comfortables and large.

Very close to metro station, only a few minutes with the metro to Stephansplatz. Good hostel if you just want to stay there for sleeping. Also possibility to cook. Could be a bit cleaner.

The room was a bit cold although the heating was at max. However, great hostel and helpful staff, thank you.

Had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The smell in the rooms is not so fresh. It seems, that somebody smoked in there.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Wände sind schmuzig, weiss ich nicht wann wurden sie gestrichen. Das Material, das im Zimmer liegt, gehöhrt (verglichen mit der Lebenstandart in die Schweiz) zum Abfall sorry! aber das ist die Wahrheit. ich werde nochmals das Happy Hostel buchen und werde mich freuen wenn die Fehler aufgehoben sind

Enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Great location-close to U-bahn and to Westbahn train station. Quiet and clean.

I stayed there for one night and I liked it. It's located near the metro station which makes it very easy to start exploring Vienna from there. I had a private room with shared bathroom and small kitchen. There was a sofa, a bed, a small wardrobe, a table and a TV in my room. They have free wifi and it's possible to do your laundry for a small price. The stuff is friendly and helpful. If I come to Vienna again, I'll stay there.

Clean, Safe, Quiet, Close to the Metro, Cozy :) Reccomended

Location near Westbahnhof rail station.Well connected to rest of city by metro though not in real centre of town. Rooms arranged around self contained flats which seemed to work well. Despite the presence of noisy traffic a stones throw away there was no problem with noise- a plus.It was competently run. My flat was up a long flight of stairs-those who can't manage this should try for rooms on lower floors.

The hostel was excellent. The staff were really friendly and informative. They suggested things for us to do, and made sure we were good. There is no lift, but it is well worth it once you got into your rooms. We got the private with shared bathroom and it was fabulous. 1 large bed and a bunk bed, very spacious and lots of windows which I love for sunlight! There is also a kitchen, so you can cook,etc. Overall, the place was absolutely fabulous and it was in a decent location. Good!

the Hostel itself was good and had a kitchen, but iot seemed too old to use it, our windown was on the street level and even though the staff told us it was a secure street the first night a couple had a fight and kept hitting our window during the night. The staff is the best thing on the hostel, everybody was very attentious and helped us the most. the location was good but not excellent and the shower takes a while to heat the water for the second bath.
