We were in a dorm in a seperate building around the corner&across the road with no wifi. Unfortunately we were checked in by 2 very unhelpful & uninterested staff members who didn\'t explain anything about the hostel including that we would need to ask for a key everytime if we wanted to use the kitchen. We met a wonderful staff member who was maybe the owner as we were leaving. Thank you Annette for your friendly smile, enthusiasm & being so kind to us, we appreciated your help. We stayed in a small apartment (kitchen fully equipped, bedroom and WC) and it was great. Close to the subway and located in a commercial district. Hostel is about 3 minutes walk from Westbahnhof station which made it very easy and quick to get around town. Located on a quiet street with a few great restaruants if wanting to eat out. Great location and good facilities. My single room shared a shower and kitchen with only three other rooms. No common room, no real kitchen area. We were staying in another building 2 streets away. Bed's weren't great.
