The room has been enormous :-).

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was like a small apartment. Although the bedroom was small, due to the size of the entire space, it was comfortable.

Very friendly stuff,good location,calm place.But hostel is old,in the evening a bit chilly.

stated that breakfast is included in the price of accomodation. But after checkout while returning home we were notified that we were charged additional amount through credit card for breakfast.

The first room we got was terrible. It was far away the reception, in the kitchen was somebody living so it was quite difficult to use it freely, and it look that it had not been cleaned properly. So we asked to change por a private room instead of the room of 6 people where we were s taying. It was 5 euros per person more but it was excellent. That was an appartment with all the comodities an appartment must have.

good choice for that money

Very nice structure, in a strategic position. Westbahnhof is well connected to the rest of the city, so you can go everywhere in a few minutes. The receptionists are very helpful and the rooms are well cleaned, comfortables and large.

Very close to metro station, only a few minutes with the metro to Stephansplatz. Good hostel if you just want to stay there for sleeping. Also possibility to cook. Could be a bit cleaner.

The biggest advantage of this hostel is its convenient location to the West train station and other bus/metro lines. Because of this great location I was able to efficiently use my time and visit most of the places I had planned to in Vienna. The rooms are within house-like suites, meaning kitchen, dinning room, family room and bathroom are particular to your shared suite. Has everything that accommodates a traveler\'s a group of traveler\'s needs.

What a lovely place!

The room was a bit cold although the heating was at max. However, great hostel and helpful staff, thank you.

Had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The smell in the rooms is not so fresh. It seems, that somebody smoked in there.

- The staff is not friendly in a professional way. - You don't have privacy to check in or check out. - Weird communication.
