The hostel was excellent. The staff were really friendly and informative. They suggested things for us to do, and made sure we were good. There is no lift, but it is well worth it once you got into your rooms. We got the private with shared bathroom and it was fabulous. 1 large bed and a bunk bed, very spacious and lots of windows which I love for sunlight! There is also a kitchen, so you can cook,etc. Overall, the place was absolutely fabulous and it was in a decent location. Good!

the hostel is very clean , the staff is cool. The atention is fantastic!! i really recomend this hostel. Is near to the trains station and you have public transportation for any tourist places. Besides, is near to a main avenue if you wanna shop something. I will like to come back to this hostel.

Great hostel with extremely happy and helpful staff. Located near the main train station. Clean, spacious rooms and we particularly appreciated having our own kitchen! Would definitely recommend.

I stayed in a single room and my experience was extremely pleasant. The room itself, the bathroom and the kitchen were very clean, and at night everything was really quiet. The hostel definitely met and exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and security. The staff was very nice, they provided me with the information I needed in terms of public transportation in Vienna. I could pay with credit card.

My husband and I were treated great...room was huge....kitchen great...staff great...free internet also great....would definitely stay here again

I stayed there for one night and I liked it. It's located near the metro station which makes it very easy to start exploring Vienna from there. I had a private room with shared bathroom and small kitchen. There was a sofa, a bed, a small wardrobe, a table and a TV in my room. They have free wifi and it's possible to do your laundry for a small price. The stuff is friendly and helpful. If I come to Vienna again, I'll stay there.

I liked that location, not very near to centre but good quiet and near to west station where can get airport bus and convenient for shopping. I could use free internet but could not at an annex where was my dorm. The rooms , bed and bathroom were clean. They answered so quick when I asked something on an email. I was so pleased. I want to stay there again. Thank you so much.

Nice friendly staff gave tips on what to do and free map, good location room ok. Bathroom bit dated could be bit cleaner but ok. Sheets were strange but guess doesn't matter much!

Great price, convenient location in a safe (but not picturesque) neighborhood. We loved having a kitchen & being able to have our laundry done for just a few Euro. They didn't clean our room, change our sheets, or replace our towels in the four days we were there, which was fine. However, there was no soap or hand towels in the bathroom and that wasn't fine. We were sharing this bathroom and it's a little gross knowing nobody is washing their hands, but that was a minor complaint.

Brilliant location, large rooms, but no communal area to meet other travellers and no fans, despite claiming to have them on the website- temps in the high 30s all week meant that this was a pretty major downside, as having the windows open made it too loud to sleep, shut meant it was too hot. No one mentioned we had to get tickets for the breakfast, so we ended being charged 5,80. Shared bathroom and kitchen between 3 rooms= 6 people, which was fine and staff were very helpful if you asked.

Close to the Hauptwestbanhof station. Staff were very helpful with information to find attractions. Clean and good facilities.

Very nice hostel in a cosy part of vienna. Best connections to subway. Tip: have a dinner at the near Restaurant of "Irene", excellent home made vienna food. They also serve breakfast.

The room was a bit cold although the heating was at max. However, great hostel and helpful staff, thank you.

Very nice structure, in a strategic position. Westbahnhof is well connected to the rest of the city, so you can go everywhere in a few minutes. The receptionists are very helpful and the rooms are well cleaned, comfortables and large.
