I found Richard at the Harlow hostel most helpful... not only did he help me organise some long awaited mail to be sent to the hostelfor me, but he waited up past midnight for me when I missed the train! He also gave me information as to get to the airport for my early flight (only 20 min to stansted...great for early flights). The rooms were bright and clean. I definately recommoned this hostel for anyone passign through the area of trying to catch an early flight.
