Thank you for a very nice stay. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The location in the Old Town is great, only 3 min walk to the Wall or Al-Aksa.The area is also safe.

the stuff in reception was ok. the stuff on breakfast buffet was inattentiv, nonprofessional and lazy. That the hostel creditcards not accepts is a great drawback. I felt not good to pay a great amount in cash on this place and only with a oral bill.

The hotel is in a good location with a great view over the old city. However the 3rd floor room was very very noisy (from guests in the rest of the hotel) til very late at night and very early in the morning (this was during ramadan).

Rooms were not soundproof and noise from within the hotel was a problem during the night. No coffee available. Steep stairs up to the lobby.

Hidden jewel was roof-top lounge, too bad they didn't have any service. Would have been nice to have a tea or coffee, or fresh juice bar up there to enjoy the ambiance.

Salah was fantastic and helpful. We stayed here 10 yrs ago and appreciated the upgrades.

To pay 50 euros for a camera with no windows and no sound isolation to speak of is perhaps not so smart. But the location cannot be beaten and the staff were nice to me.

Great place to stay in the old town. Rooms are quite small, but works well. Reception was not always that helpful.
