Located in Birmingham’s historic jewelers quarter just minutes from the nia and city centre, we've kept in tone with our surroundings by ensuring that our accommodation is the blingest in town!
Every one of our rooms has huge en-suite bathrooms with complimentary bath and shower gels. All of our bunks are the best money can buy with soft foam mattresses to ensure a great night’s sleep. All of our bedding is fresh crisp white linen made up on arrival, whilst our privates have all the mod cons you would expect from a hotel!
There's a plentiful supply of free tea/coffee & toast 24 hours for you to gourge on in our full equipped kitchen! But as we're a lovely bunch we also give you a breakfast fit for a king with free cereals, yoghurts, milk, juice & fruit!!
Our cosy viewing room with it's comfy bean bags, massive projector screen, quirky rock art and city chalk wall is stocked with thousands of movies for you to choose from. If you can't decide however, we'll do it for you with movie nights were you can have free pizza & popcorn!
However, we don't want you resting on your laurels all day! At hatters we believe it is our duty to make sure you have a good time! Our international staff is brimming with insider info on the best places to go and see, but we're a jealous bunch-that's why we want to get involved too!

Latest Review
Stayed in a 4-bed compartment ("4-bed mixed dorm ensuite") and I must say I was not impressed. There six such compartment as part of a 24-bed dorm. The ensuite means that there is a toilet shared with up to 23 people rather than (as you would expect) 3 others. This led to it being not very clean. Furthermore, the heating was not working and the temperature sank down to about 15C at night. Wifi is available but neither very fast nor available in the rooms (but in the common room in the basement).

- All bookings will be subject to preauthorisation of credit card details. For any details not authorised the booking will automatically be cancelled.
-**For groups of 7 people or more, we require one full payment 7 days prior to arrival. This will be charged to the card used to make the booking or through alternative card made by the guest prior to this period.
**Cancellations or amendments for groups of 7 people or more must be made 7 days prior to arrival by email or the full booking value will be charged.
