Very good hostel, the location is perfect. However there are no lockers in the rooms, which makes the room a little unsafe, it also makes it harder to organize your stuff. Nonetheless, I recommend the hostel. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Facilities in the kitchen were very handy; Staff were friendly; And there was a cat, it's the most lovely part of my memory about living in Hatters!

one of the best hostels i`ve stayed in, I will always stay there when am going to liverpool. the staff where wonderful.

Great hostel!! Was in and out quite quickly, but the facilities were excellent. Kitchen area was really useful and breakfast was good value. Decent security, checked everyone who tried to enter the hostel after 11pm and keycard access for the rooms. No lockers in the rooms though. Staff were usually really helpful too! Happy to stay again, but maybe a bit pricey.

it was a very good hotel for the price...but the only downside is there is no life and its very tiring to walk up the stairs :(
