There is not enough space here to describe completely what was wrong I will be sending a separate email to the hostel. I had a broken bed and a light in our room which could not be turned off, consequently keeping my roommate and myself awake all night. We did get moved. But we spoke to three different members of staff and not one apologised! I understand there can be problems but to not get an apology shows a complete lack of service. I will be sure to advise anyone to avoid this place

The hostel is a good place although they dont have a kitchen and they dont have washing machines. If it wasn't for the alcoholics and creeps they let in it would have been a nice stay.

We didn´t see lots of security in suitcases´ room.

Great location. Walking distance to the city centre shops, pubs n clubs. Very Clean. TV room and pool table were brilliant.

Not sure why as a Brit, I was required to show a passport or driving licence

Not far from the staion. Only two bathroom....not really good...

It was good, no real complaints, I'd definitely stay there again if I ever need to go back to Liverpool.

With have a lot of problems in our stay in your hostel. First, it doesn't exist bed number 12 in room nº 20, and a couple of times we have people in midnight looking for this bed. Second, the door make many noise when you open or close. Then, people prefer let open to do not disturb the people sleeping. Security or rest? You should be try to improve this. People working in the hostel was very kind with us, many thanks.

Too noisy. Every sound is heard so a good night's sleep is difficult. The fire alarm going off 4 times betwen 1am and 2am on Saturday night didn't help either.

Great hostel! Very well organized and clean, with the best breakfest I had in a hostel. If I go again to Liverpool, I am sure that I will stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay. A couple of things could be improved, the yogurt was not good and the orange juice was pretending to be real juice in the cooling display. Other than that, the room was clean, the linen was changed and the bathroom was efficient and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. A plus was the unexpected tv in the room.

Good hostel. It's huge. Very clean, well located and the staff was very helpful.. I stayed just one night so i didn't have time to have a lot of fun there.. but i'm sure it can be quite fun.

The hostel was clean, quiet & in a safe enough location close to Lime Street. However I would stop short of recommending it because I felt the safety was pretty lax. The lack of lockers is a real problem & one evening the dorm door was left open The room was also extremely, hot being very small and having the heating on so high, which precented me from getting a decent night's sleep. In the end I left early .

Good hostel with a great location!! If you want something more relaxed and quiet then this is not the hostel for you since it's very big. Great staff and the common rooms are amazing, with dvd, tv, and even a wii!! It has toilets and showers inside the rooms wich is always more comfortable.

This hostel was a nice, clean place to stay at - a fairly typical chain hostel. There weren't too many bathrooms nearby the room I was in - two bathrooms that had one shower and one sink each, so when those were taken you had to wait. The rooms were very clean and had keycard entry, but no lockers or anything for your backpack while in the room. Staff were helpful. It was about, I'd say, a 20 minute walk from the harbour area, but very close to the train station.

I stayed in a private ensuite and was absolutely surprised with the room - it was absolutely awesome! Enough space, huge bathroom, very clean AND good vlue for money. Much better than my London hotel :)

the hostel is located in a nice place, really close to the train station! the facilities are good so are the rooms! Also, nice breakfast they have there, simple, but good! I had an small problem with my bed, but it was quickly solved. staff very friendly and helpful.
