Me and my boyfriend stayed one night in the hostel. The stuff was really friendly and nice, breakfast was ok, the rooms looked comfy and clean. Showers and toilets were top! :)

Great staff, cry clean and good and spacey. The only negative comment that I have is the lack of variety on the breakfast (especially on the jam variety) but I did like the free breakfast.

This hostel was great! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hostel was a little difficult to find initially. We went to the other hatters hostel. I think you need to clarify that there are two hatter hostels and exactly where they are.

This is a nice budget hostel. Everything was fine during my stay except for one incident: someone triggered alarm system so the siren made extremely loud noise in the midnight around 2am. The siren stopped and repeated several times so I guess all the guests were awake. It was really annoying. The staff should deal with this more promptly and smartly. Except for this incident, the service of the hostel was very good.

It would be convenient to add a lift to the facilities provided. Apart from that, nice kitchen and really recomendable!

Very dirty, wifi you have to pay for, staff that didn't seem to care, run down facilities, and a lot of noise all contributed to a bad stay.

A good hostel but there's no where to put your stuff in the showers without getting it wet or flashing other people in the bathroom.

Great hostel! The only downside was the mattresses - you can feel every spring .. On a busy road, so if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs and you won't even notice the street noise.

atmosphere lacking a little familiarity and community with fellow couch surfers but the staff were lovely. The security for the building was good but the rooms didn't have lockers, the only lockers you could use were near reception and you have to rent the lock. The bathroom connected to our room was pretty dirty, the floor needs better drainage or they should provide floor mats. There are no bed side lamps, problem when people all go to bed a different times. Breakfast, ok, not that great.

Great location and rooms are spacious and nice. However, this time round, my room wasn't clean properly. The rubbish weren't cleared daily. Will be better if there is a self-catered 24/7 launderette too!
