The location of the hotel was perfect. We had just finished the trek on the Inca trail to Machu Picchu, so we really didn't want to have to walk too far. And we didn't. The staff was excellent and the food was great. The staff not only stored our luggage for us after check-out and before our train departed back to Cusco, but they delivered it to the train station for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked on your site but the room was not available!! They were courteous enough to arrange a room at another local hotel. Your website reservation system does not work and will not use again.
