Great hostel! Sure, it is a little bit of a walk from the main square, but the hostel is super clean and pleasant. Also, the staff is willing to go out of there way to help you book tours, etc. I highly recommend this hostel.

The owners gladly let us in at 5am when our bus arrived and gave us warm blankets to sleep on the couch - much appreciated! It's more like a hotel set up - with great laundry service, excellent breakfast options and a very laid back atmosphere and good luggage storage for trekking. This is exactly what we wanted before and after our intense hiking adventures in the park!

Clean spacious rooms just far enough away from main area to be quite. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful view during delicious breakfast. Would stay here again.

Good clean rooms with hot showers, a good varied choice for breakfast and cooking facilities plus a sunny terrace to sit and look at the mountains. Recommended

We had an amazing time at Hatun Wasi. Breakfast each morning on the rooftop terrace was so incredible, and the staff were very friendly.

A much needed pit stop from the chaos of most hostels. Our three bed room with bathroom made it feel like we had treated ourselves to a hotel instead of a hostel but still at hostel prices. The space in the room was a breath of fresh air from the claustrophobic experience of most crowded hostel rooms. The breakfast was a choice of set menus which were all delicious. The staff couldn't have done more for us and always greeted us with smiling faces in this quiet but truly relaxing & clean hostel.

Really nice staff and a very comfortable option for Huaraz

Very helpful staff. Trips offered at competitive prices but not forced on us. Located a little out of the centre but easy walking distance and safe area. Breakfast options very good and pleasant seating areas.
