Haus Christine was a cute and charming bed and breakfast with an AMAZING view. Breakfast was delicious and Christine was very helpful and friendly. I absolutely loved it! It was nice to stay in the countryside, but it was easy to catch a bus into downtown Salzburg. Haus Christine was a cute and charming bed and breakfast with an AMAZING view. Amazing scenery at this cosey guesthouse. Breakfast was good but you can only have it between 8-9am. After that there is no access food or tea or coffee. It would be good if there was a kettle or kitchen you could use to make snacks/drinks during the day.Amazing scenery at this cosey guesthouse. We totally loved our stay at Haus Christine. Our room was cosy and clean and even had a small tv set. We enjoyed a wholesome breakfast overlooking the gorgeous mountains. Although it took a short and a little steep climb to reach the place, the view and cosy house were well worth it. We would recommend it to anyone. :)We totally loved our stay at Haus Christine. Little problem: only one shower and toilet for first floor can give some problems, if there are guests that don't think to other persons.
It would be better to have an addictional toilet at floor.

As a quiet bed and breakfast outside of town, it won't be what everyone is looking for, but if that's the kind of thing you like, it can't be better. My 80% scores for fun and location reflect the fact that, on the one hand you have to catch a bus or train to get into town, but on the other hand, you have a beautiful view of Salzburg and the mountains, perfect for sitting outside and reading a book on a relaxing night. As a quiet bed and breakfast outside of town, it won't be what everyone is looking for, but if that's the kind of thing you like, it can't be better. I preserve my opinion that Germans and Austrians are cold. Kind of helpful, but not sincere friendly.I preserve my opinion that Germans and Austrians are cold. Kind of helpful, but not sincere friendly....Close

thanks so much to Christine for a wonderful experience in Austria! the hostel is outside Salzburg, but the location is beautiful and I would much rather stay looking down on the city than in Salzburg. a great stay!thanks so much to Christine for a wonderful experience in Austria! the hostel is outside Salzburg, but the location is beautiful and I would much rather stay looking down on the city than in Salzburg. a great stay!...Close

The rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast is included, it\'s pretty basic. The house looks out onto Salzburg and the alps, very beautiful. Christine is very sweet and accommodating. She gave us extra towels to go swimming in one of the lakes outside of town. The only real downside is that you have to climb up a huge hill to get to the house at the end of the day. You need to either take a bus or train to the city, both of which are very short rides and no more than 2 euro. The rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast is included, it\'s pretty basic.
