The room we stayed in was fine, very clean, comfy beds, however the bathroom wasn't great, window was broken and the toilet wasn't clean! Staff were friendly enough, they all seemed pretty bored and it showed- but that's understandable when there is zero atmosphere and nothing to do here before or after your tour!

Breakfast ends a bit early (8,30), good price for one night prior and one night after tour to Uluru, Kings Canyon.

Good hostel, nice staff. The kitchen was a bit of a mess. There were not enough cups, plates and teatowels.

Great price. Comfortable beds. Luggage lock up. Pretty close to shopping area. Clean place. Cheap shuttle service to airport. Cute lizard and snake to play with too lol

Driver from the airport was very rude. She made us wait an hour (two for some people) before driving us to the hostel. She didn't say a word to any of us or even offer to help with bags. Once we got to the hostel she opened the trunk and walked away. The only nice person was the morning receptionist.

My main problem was with the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

Helpful and friendly staff. They made recommendations for hostels in Melbourne and made a booking for me. They also booked a tour for me to Uluru when I arrived in Alice Springs which I really enjoyed.

All in all the hostel is ok, but the staff is really not that friendly.

This hostel sucks. The staff does not make any effort to help you and is drunk during the opening hours. It's not very clean as well, I saw lots ants in the kitchen, even in the microwave and cockroaches in the lobby.
