I tried to cancel my reservation by emailing the address given but it was invalid. I was unable to call to cancel. I did not end up going to stay at this particular hotel.

This hotel isn't the most modern, fancy or soundproof, but the room was always in good shape and well cleaned. It's in a quiet residential area, and there's a nice garden with fruit trees in the back. The young lady in the reception was really kind and helpful – thanks for the plums! Wi-Fi was of varying quality, but I managed to get by. The hotel is just a 10 minute bus ride from central Croydon, with a 3-4 minutes walk down to the bus stop. I stayed there for a week and had a really good time.
