I was in a 10 bed mixed room. was quite nice. there was water in the shower-room all the time. there is not a lot of space for breakfast because they have just a very small lobby and the foot is served there.

Location is good and dorms are cheap, but it's only good thing about this place. Dirty, smelly, shower don't work for 2 days with no reason, no common kitchen, wifi coverage is bad and waited for 30 minutes for check-in 'cause reception was "off for 2 minutes". And no view to canal, 'cause of facade renovation. Will find another place my next stay in this crazy city)

I went to amsterdam for queens day and had a great time. Since it was during that time, it was a bit expensive. Stayed in a room with twelve people, we had two bathrooms for the twelve of us. The one bathroom, the lock was broken on the door and they were both quite small. It is right in the middle of the red light district so if that's your thing then the location is great. You could pretty much walk anywhere from there and it was only a five minute walk from the train station.

Great central location. 15 minutes to train station. Hard to find. No kitchen. Big lockers in room. Key card entry to rooms was good. Every bed had light and electrical outlet for charging devices. Decent common room near reception. Bathrooms cleaned daily but dingy. Enjoyed my stay, would stay again, but liked my friends hostel better. (Globe Center)

We stayed in the \"Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels\" room (a 3-person). The room was clean, quiet, and felt like its own little nook of a room in the hotel.

This is the hostel where people go to have a crazy amsterdam time for one or 2 nights and then leave. which is pretty easy to assume going by the location. So things get pretty dirty but they clean everything well everyday. The front foyer area is not very nice to sit in, its mainly just a waiting room, and the breakfast is not worth the 3 euros they charge. Good mattresses and doonas though. very comfy sleep, but you're pretty much guaranteed to have people being loud very late.

The room is very clean but a little bit tiny. Location is excellent, close to the centeraal station and just in the red light district. Generally speaking, it is not a bad choice if you plan to stay in Amsterdam for several days as a poor student or tourist~

I stayed there for one night with 3 friends in the star wars room and it was pretty sick, the good kind of sick. Staff was helpful and friendly. I was not there much. But I liked the location, it's perfect. I wish I would have paid for the breakfast. It was calling my name. There was warm water and a clean restroom in the room and clean towels. There was construction being done, but it did not bother me at all. It was the first hostel experiences for my 3 female friends and they loved it.

Location, location, location. Right on the RLD. It was the perfect place, close to restaurants, clubs and bars. Wi-Fi available inside rooms too!

This hostel is right in the red light district. Not my scene but I could see if it was, this would be great. I would have preferred to stay somewhere a bit less grimy. The hostel itself was fine...it was just the location that wasn\'t my favorite. On a good note, the beds were super comfortable for a hostel and the blankets and sheets were really nice and clean!

Very nice hostel!! I recommend it... Good quality.. Nice localization. Just one of the receptionist was very rude and she always was upset.

It was a good stay and the staff made the stay there much better than it should have been. For the location and the money, it is definitely worth checking out.

the hostel was good, located in the centre of Amsterdam. It is very close to the Casa Rossa. It means that it was located right on the edge of the Red Light District :) The rooms were quite clean with some funny movie-themes!. You can take breakfast, it is good with reasonable price. There is no hairdryer on each room but you can borrow from reception when yo need.

It\'s not close to the Red Light District, it\'s inside it! They provide good eletronic lockers for 5 euro (deposit which you get back when you leave). I would highly recommend it!

Great location in the heart of the red light district. Room, bed, and ensuite washroom was clean. Staff was average. The vibe in the hostel was not nice, seemed very cold, no one was interacting with each other.

Didn't like the 12-bed dorm, was a real tense atmosphere in there with all the different people, found it to be unfriendly. And when we left our bags in the storage room (as we checked out earlier than our flight was), no ID was required to get the key to the room with everyones bags in. Anyone off the street could have walked in and taken the bags. Perfect location.
