Welcome to Heart of Tuscany Hostel. A unique hostel, located in San Baronto a small town 35 Km from Florence in the Chianti region that will offer you the chance to see the best Tuscany has to offer.
The Hostel is located in a stunning place surrounded by olive groves and vineyards outside of Florence. Heart of Tuscany Hostel provides you a unique hosteling experience. With our shuttle bus service it is easier than ever before to enjoy Tuscany.
We are centrally located in Tuscany making it easy to make day trips,shuttle or public transport, to see the most famous Tuscan Villages including Pisa,Lucca,San Gimignano and Siena, by bike you can freely discover the local area with its vineyards and great artworks at the Pope's Villa as well as the hometown of Leonardo da Vinci to look at some of Leonardo's most famous work at Vinci Museum.
We provide
-free breakfast (SIMPLE) for guests who book dorm rooms
-internet(2euro per hour,our computer)FREE Wi Fi
-free linen
-free shuttle pick-up and drop offs (see list below)
-full service bar
-Wine, olive oil tasting and excusrsions.
-full service restaurant
-Reception 09:00-15:00 19:00-23:00**closed from 3pm to 7pm**no arrivals**
-gym -09:00-15:00 5 euro (per day)
-bike rentals (10 euro per day)
-pool (swimming cap needed )
free daily shuttle pick up service arriving
from Empoli 10.30am and 7.00pm
free daily service departing from Heart of Tuscany to Empoli 10am to Empoli
You can also book the shuttle for your trip to Empoli during your stay for 10 euro per person both way.

After you have made your booking, we will contact you to confirm your free pick up time and location. The shuttle time must be confirmed as soon as possible

If you come by car please confirm your arrival time as gate and reception are closed from 3:00pm to 7:00pm everyday, you will receive a gate key at check in No arrivals from 3pm to 7pm, closed

This is the most AMAZING getaway ever...set amist in the tuscan hills, with a beautiful ifinity pool, great friendly staff and lovely food!! This is the perfect seculded getaway, ideal if you are on a budget but want somewhere that extra special...I could not recommend this place enough and will soon be booking another visit. Annabel x
