Cancellation policy:

Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival date or no show without notice: 100% of whole reservation total will be charged to your credit or debit card.

*Deposit guarantee offer applies to reservations that are cancelled due to the Volcanic ash cloud. To take advantage of this offer, if you are affected, you must email the hostel directly with your cancellation. you may then email us again in the future with your old reservation details and make the new reservation manually and directly with the hostel.
The transfer of the old deposit amount mustnot exceed 10 percent of the new reservation total.
