They told me they lost my reservation so they ripped me off the booking fee I had already paid. The bathroom wasn't very clean but the room was pretty nice.

Staff is beautifull, clear and helfull, the only problem was the great noise that some wemen make during silent hours.

un completo desorden!! las sábanas usadas, la habitación llena de bichos, cacas de gato en el lababo, los gatos rondaban por todo el hostal encima de las camas...encontramos cucarachas en nuestra cama, y en los lababos muy poca higiene. Lo único positivo es lo céntrico que es ya que está a escasos 200 metros de la plaza. absolutely disgusting! we found some cockroach in the bed and other insects, an excrement in the wc,, so many cats were haging around the bedroom...the sheets were no cleaned   Read Owner Comments

Doesn't have anything that is stated on Hostelworld.com you're better of booking at a hotel with security locks and air con for the same price.   Read Owner Comments

We didn't have a fan in our room so it was very hot and the bathroom smelled awful and frequently lacked toilet paper. But the staff was awesome and I would recommend staying there.   Read Owner Comments

We got in really late at night but the people working were still unbelievably sweet helping us check in and get settled. The guy working, Karim, even walked us to the meeting point for our camel trek at 6:30am. Obviously not a luxury hotel, but well-kept, especially for such a low price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap hostel in Marrakech
