The place is very clean. Staff are friendly. The front room is facing Uxbridge Road which is a very busy street. Noise from the street is very audible, however I was able to sleep despite the traffic noise. A nice breakfast was provided, as well as use of the kitchen for tea.The place is very clean. If you have booked online, then it will charge you extra whether you cancel the transaction or not. So you didn't need to take cash when we left.

I think excellent is for the places that wow. In no way did this place wow me, however it was rather clean, comfortable, welcoming, convenient from the 30 minute bus ride from Heathrow, close to a couple convenient stores and places to get food, there is a local pub as well. I did not see anything anywhere that would make it FUN, no fun people or places or things to do. Mikael was quiet but willing to please the guest. I still think my room was expensive, tv did not work either, but free netI think excellent is for the places that wow.
