The staff was so sweet and helpful. Facilities were clean. Wifi for 24 hours costs about 4 pounds. Located very close to the airport. It's a nice place to crash for an over-night. Also--make sure to visit the pub across the street---it just opened 3 weeks ago and the managers are incredible!!!

Basic accommodations with a few perks like a disposable bath matt. Customer service was awesome.

This was a great way to have a good nights sleep before a 24 hour flight. The staff were great and the free shuttle to the airport made things really easy.

The shuttle did not pick me up even though I gave them my arrival time. They were doing construction work all day making loud noises. You have to pay an extra fee for the internet which only works in the breakfast room. The rooms are not as spacious as the pictures would have you think, I felt like I was sleeping in a cubby hole.

Friendly staff. Lots of confusion with the pick up from the airport, and where to meet.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the shuttle was helpful to get to the airport, they took us right to our terminal. As for the room, the beds weren't the most comfortable. We were only there one night but you could feel the springs in the mattress. Not bad for a stop on the way to the airport, but I wouldn't have wanted to spend too many more nights there.

The shuttle service is really handy, and the breakfast (which isn't free) is also helpful. You have to pay for WIFI which is annoying.

The staff is incredibly helpful. From the shuttle driver to the check-in process to the gentleman bringing the continental breakfast in the morning, the people at Heathrow Lodge are charming, informative and friendly. Thank you so much.

Good place to stay between flights from Heathrow. Make sure you deal with the more experienced receptionist because the new guy still needs some practice. Rooms aren't anything special but sufficient for a very short stay. Breakfast is a little pricey but decent.

i stayed here on the first day when i arrived london, after 25 hours flight, i need a good sleep before i go on with my travel. very good place, better than expectation. i had the single room. very clean, friendly staff. only problem is the pick up from airport is only start 6.30pm. so if u arrive any other time, u need to take bus. but is easy to find.

Good for before an early flight - the bus to terminal 5 is frequent and free (5 mins duration). It's a bit noisy as the rooms are not the slightest bit soundproof - the planes didn't bother me but the people yelling next door did! The bathroom for my room was on a other floor which wasn't ideal. Reception were friendly and helpful. Very basic place but everything you need for one night.

The location was great for me. If you ever need a place to stay just because its really close to the airport this is the place and the pubs around it were great as well.

I had to cancel my booking because of a mistake in my flight booking, and they charged me a 'FEE' of 27pd. And the room cost 27pd sterling. Pricks...

The room was so small that you could barely move with your suitcases in there. There were also a lot of bugs and spiders crawling around the room, and the general quality of the accommodations was pretty poor. There was also a heating unit that could not be turned off, which made the room extremely hot even with the window open, so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. They charge for wi-fi, which should be free. Considering the price, it would probably be better to stay in a hostel.

Good price for the location and the location, in case travelling from Terminal 5 is the best you can get. Not much to say otherwise, standard cheap hotel/motel room, half decent shared bathroom and polite staff.
