Very convenient. The airport is just a 15 minute walk and the underground is right there. Local bus stop right across the street within free ride zone for airport. Excellent restaurant/pub down the street. Nice quiet area. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything about this place was pretty much terrific, except that the shower kept running back and forth from cold to scalding hot. Otherwise, a great place!

First shock was that we had to pay an additional 5 pounds to park our car in the parking lot. Then we had to stand around mid-check-in while the one man on the desk handled a long phone call. In the evening, in the middle of a show, our TV stopped getting any signal. We were told that all looked fine at the main desk. Yeah, we knew that as we could hear TVs in other rooms. They made us feel as if we had done something wrong. Never got it fixed. And they never seemed to care.

This is a hostel and a very good one. It's very close to the airport and it's affordable. It's in an old section of town so the neighborhood doesn't look that great. It is cheap, clean, and the staff is friendly. The only thing I didn't like is that they charge you four pounds for a wifi connection.

Absolut chaos as I wanted to get a pickup from the airpoirt the guy on the phone was absolutely useless and at check-in I had to wait 1 hour for my key. Only one common bathroom available and that wasnt even clean, old towels lying around. Its a place to get some hours of sleep before the next flight, but nothing more.

The bus that they talked about using was not easy to get to-we had to take one bus to a stop that we heard the 81 stopped at. We finally found the motel, but their directions weren't overly helpful when using the tube to the airport. The showers/bathroom were super small, but it was fine for one night.

Pros: Great location and very inexpensive! Within walking distance from T3 and free shuttle to all terminals every 45 min in the morning and evening. Also within spitting distance from two rather nice pubs, the King's Arms and the White Horse. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean sheets & towels. TV. Kettle with free tea & coffee in rooms. Cons: Low standard rooms in a somewhat run down environment. Beds narrow and a bit uneven. Single glazed windows. Overall: Simple, but decent.

The staff was so sweet and helpful. Facilities were clean. Wifi for 24 hours costs about 4 pounds. Located very close to the airport. It's a nice place to crash for an over-night. Also--make sure to visit the pub across the street---it just opened 3 weeks ago and the managers are incredible!!!

This was a great way to have a good nights sleep before a 24 hour flight. The staff were great and the free shuttle to the airport made things really easy.

The shuttle did not pick me up even though I gave them my arrival time. They were doing construction work all day making loud noises. You have to pay an extra fee for the internet which only works in the breakfast room. The rooms are not as spacious as the pictures would have you think, I felt like I was sleeping in a cubby hole.

Friendly staff. Lots of confusion with the pick up from the airport, and where to meet.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the shuttle was helpful to get to the airport, they took us right to our terminal. As for the room, the beds weren't the most comfortable. We were only there one night but you could feel the springs in the mattress. Not bad for a stop on the way to the airport, but I wouldn't have wanted to spend too many more nights there.
