It was difficult to get to the Camp as there were no bus times just directions to the bus stop (and the bus only leaves once per day). Also, it was a bit difficult to communicate with the owners as they didn't speak much English at all. Luckily there were groups also staying there where the leader could translate for us. It would be good to have more information on what to do in the area, as we had to work everything out for ourselves, even though they advertise lots of things to do.
This is a good quiet location to relax. You can walk around the camp ms up the hills. It isnlpcated about 7km before the main village if you are traveling from UB. If you have several nights planned it would be worth taking the time to plan some activities such as hours riding. Staff are helpful. Although you only have their restaurant to choose from. The food is good value.

Non english speaking staff and when we arrived they didnt even have dorms, which we had booked. They barley seemed to know what hostelworld is and they wanted us to pay the dubble price. In the end we didnt have to do that but the impression was really unfriendly. They also told ys a taxi there would be aprx. $30 but we ended up paying more than $90, so if u go there dont miss the only daily bus. Its very much in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants or supermarkets.
Very good place to stay although mid winter we were kept warm by central heating and friendly staff. Excellent value for money and owners very helpful not only with stay but other tour activities. I would reccommend you make use of city pick up because its convenient and better than waiting for a bus. If you are looking for hospitality with great local food then you must spend a couple of nights here.
The food made us sick, we couldnt buy any drinks there. We had to walk to a shop 5 km away. The guy only wanted dollars and more dollars ! There was also nothing to do, no tours, transport or whatever. We supposed to stay there 3 days but came back sick after 2 days ! Dont drink the tea, its not clean and coocked water also !
The food is really excellent!! I recommend horse back riding!!
This camp is a really cool place. It is perfect for hiking, riding or just relaxing, the food is delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly.
We are a family of 4 and stayed at the camp site for one week, the restaurant (although the food took over an hour), was fantastic because they prepare everything from scratch. The scenery is breath taking and we were even considering coming back in winter to see the difference
This Place is a hidden GEM! We were picked up in town (and Narra even waited an extra hour after a mixup with our other hostel) She was kind and very thoughful. After about a 1.5 hour drive we found ourselves at a beautiful and clean hotel. We were greeted by the camp director and treated to a wonderful day riding horses..eating amazing food and relaxing in nature reserve. This place truly is amazing.
The Heaven Envoy tourist camp is in a beautiful location in the national park. Turtle rock is within walking distance (and the crazy plastic dinosaurs!) Horse riding was arranged for us. The Camp itself is still a bit in its opening stages(ask them to turn on the hot water for the showers). The food was all fresh(although if they say beef they mean Mutton).Pancakes were lovely!! They also arranged our collection and return from Ulan Bator in a lovely air con Lexus.
