Great stay, the couple that runs Heaven were fantastic. After being taken down with food poisoning they offered me a room switch to a more comfy room which was extremely considerate. Great social atmosphere on the rooftop looking over the blue city.

Although we booked the room in advance, it was not available when we reached there. They brought us to another hotel which is runned by the owner´s father. It was a bit disappointed when you reach there after a long journey and they tell you your room is not available anymore. Finally, I can´t review the Heaven Guest House because we didn´t stay there. But the location is really good.

Owned by a really really nice family. They are so wonderful and incredibly helpful. They helped us book bus tickets and give us directions when we got lost. The food was great too!

It was a shock for us when the guest house didn't honor the booking made. He insisted that no booking had been made by us. When we threatened to write an adverse review he reverted saying that he didn't check his emails so he wasn't aware of the booking. I would advice anyone booking a stay at Heaven to be very wary of the owner's credentials. He didn't even refund the advance paid. He diverted us to a very seedy guest house. We faced tremendous difficulties to locate an alternative.

Wonderful Couple who run the place. Very nice view of the fort and great food. The only thing we found tough to use was the bathroom which was very very small. Rest all in terms of ambiance, location was very convenient.

I came to this guesthouse to spend my Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and I was met with love and hospitality. The family that runs this guesthouse is very caring and generous, and will make sure your stay in Jodhpur is pleasant. I was amazed at what my money afforded me, as the rooms are quite comfortable, very nicely decorated and have excellent views of the Fort on the hillside. The rooftop restaurant is also a cozy spot! It is the best place I stayed in India, and I'd recommend it!!!

The family that runs this hostel made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and so was the view of the fort from the rooftop restaurant area. Best of all, they happily let us in on the "Indian" prices of things we wanted to buy at the market, so we were able to mainly avoid paying "foreigner" (i.e., 3-5x the real price) prices. A great place to stay!

Very welcoming and good feel to the place, more blankets in the rooms would be nice, but otherwise thank you for a great stay!

This hostel is not worth the extra cost. Use it's clean and the staff is more than friendly. But the room we had was nothing special. Compared to your average Indian accomidation, beds are in same condition. A/C didn't work. The bathroom was a small balcony turned into a toilet and sink that wasn't connected to anything, so when you washed your hands your feet would be splashed. If your on a budget, go somewhere else.

During our one month trip through India this was without a doubt the best hostel we've stayed in. It is run by a family who makes you feel right at home and are all very very friendly! Which, unfortunatly, is'nt always the case in india! We only had time to spend one night here and regretted that immediatly !!!
