Breakfast included and an easy two minute walk from Ohori-Koen station (and subsequently the lovely park there) were pluses. No WiFi in the room, which were very tiny, and an overall lack of ambience were minuses. Not great value for money, I would much rather stay in a hostel with more charm and character, and a more reasonable price.

The staff there are really nice. And the service quality is as good as big hotels,although the room is small.
