This is the second time we stayed here, and it is a great place! it is close to the railway station and centre and Han is a fantastic host.

excellent service very friendly and helpful. Excellent location to main station only 5 min walk!

The instruction to find it were very poor. We arrived in Utrecht quite late on bikes and just could not find it from the instructions. They need to be rewritten with specific street names on the route.

Such a nice B&B, a lot of character and a very friendly lady running it. I felt right at home.

Wow! The owner was great. We wanted to stay extra nights, (we liked it a lot) but it was full. However he set up a room for us in the B&B next door. This was great, but not unusual, except that the owners of the B&B were not around, so he called them and set up a room for us over there and invited us back to his B&B for breakfast. Our stay at both places was comfortable.
