we had to wait outside the place for a while and the owner claimed that they did not receive our reservation. however the owner was friendly and nice throughout the stay. there seems to be laundry but we didnt use the location is a bit far from the main station and we had to take a local bus to get to miffy house, but otherwise, it\'s a decent location very close to a supermarket the room itself was very nice and well designed

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay here - room was spacious and comfortable, the B&B is in a good location, and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hostel close to the center of Utrecht (5 min walk). Also close to the market. Pleasent staff. Flexible check-in and out times. Stylish furniture and other equipment. Quite large rooms. Quiet and clean. Totally worth visiting it. I can recommend.

Great and friendly atmosphere. The owner was kind enough to let us stay until the afternoon which was greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean and easy to sleep. Thank you very much! would come back here again.

Good location close to the city

A really cozy place with familiar atmosphere. It is in a private house in a typical Dutch style. We really liked it there!

The staff were very welcoming and I immediately felt at home here. My room was small but very comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to see a bathtub in the bathroom! Would definitely recommend to those passing through Utrecht

This is the second time we stayed here, and it is a great place! it is close to the railway station and centre and Han is a fantastic host.
