To start breakfast from 8am to 11am instead of 9am to 11am. Overall their service is good. Help us to carry our luggage as the hostel is located at the 2nd floor.

I stayed in the 6 person dorm and the room was still quite spacious. It was a busy long weekend when I checked in and the room was full, however during the week it emptied out. Despite the amount of people in the hostel, people didn't really hang out in the common area, which was a bit of a shame seeing as I was traveling solo. Breakfast (eggs toast fresh coffee) was generous and there was plenty of places around to eat all around Haeundae.
this place is in the best location to enjoy the beach and restaurants and have easy access to the station. busan is really delightful and this accommodation represents this well. i stayed in a 4 bed female dorm and it was big, pleasant, secure. staff are lovely, breakfast is fine. with only 2 showers, you need to be a bit organised and stay away from peak times
The hostel was good, but I have one complaint: There were very few outlets in the room for charging devices. I was staying with some friends so we were able to use the outlets near the beds that one person was sleeping next to, but if I was alone it would have been more difficult. The breakfast provided was great, and the staff gave us a good recommendation on some food.
Helloguest house was very easy to find and it was near by heundae beach. eside that it was also near to food street which full of local dishes and a tradisional market. By walking 5 min you can found metro station and the public transport was convinient :)

The staff are really wonderful and easy to talk to and joke around with. Some of the guests where a bit weird :s However I met some fantastic peple here that I think will be friends for life and I went to meet up with in seoul after.. But I miss haeundae, its just like home in australia! hahahaha
The location is very good, close to haeundae beach. The only thing about the hostel which isn't really good are the bathrooms. But they are still at an 'allright level'.
There is no lockers available in the hostel. The location is good, just a few steps from the beach and the subway station. The staff help you with maps, but don't wait for a lot of details. Because they have a piece of paper with some "how to get there", so.. they just show you this paper and it's all with you. The washroom is not so clean as you can see in the pictures and there is only one wall socket available in the dorm room. The breakfast is pretty nice, especially the strawberry jelly!
Decent, super clean hostel with a great location next to Haundae beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not much of a place to meet other travelers though. Would stay again.
First things first, it is a little tricky to find this place! A local gave me a lift and even with the address entered on their GPS it was a challenge. Room was nice, with lockers, though the bed was a little bit hard and squeaky. Excellent common areas. Shower was a bit mouldy in areas. Location is excellent, close to the beach and the nightlife.
The staff are really friendly. Is a nice hostel which is clean and modern, however it has quite a dull atmosphere- people didn't seem to utilize the communal space to socialise and was quite an isolating place to stay as a single traveller. Is initially quite hard to find, but does have a good, central location for Haeundae beach as well as bars and restaurants.
