The hostel was really great and in a great location. They offer good tours at the front desk.
We have stayed for a total of 5 nights in Hello Hotel. The room provided to us was very spacious. Our stay was made easier by the very helpful staff who recommended places to see in the city and where to eat. Booking tours and buses was also made easier by them. The breakfast included was simple yet very filling. There are no natural windows though which maybe made the room smell musty when we got there; but opening the door for a few minutes after opening the AC got rid of it.
Very clean and comfortable with a fantastic free breakfast! Well worth the money, walking distance to all the main attractions.
Located in a quiet area close to back packers area. Nice and friendly staff.
Just stayed at Hello Hotel the beginning of this July for 4 nights. We could not say more positive things about the staff and the facilities. They were always willing to help when we asked and made sure our stay was wonderful.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Handy location close to everything but quiet at the same time. Extremely clean. No complaints at all.
Only stayed one night coming back from Phu Quoc island, the place is very nice and clean, the receptionist is very nice and helpful. Free breakfast pretty much basic as expected, but it's free so don't complain lol! It's at the end of the backpacker alley and a hop ship and a jump from a nice Greek restaurant and the best pizza in Saigon (Espy's). They definitely get a good rating from me. Thanks Hello Hotel!
