Located in a convienent spot, with comfortable rooms, this is not what makes the hotel great. It is the staff. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasent. They are a vast resource of information and very helpful with any hotel and non-hotel item you might need. They are uniformly kind, helpful, and have great sense of humor.

: The people who work at Hello vietnam hotel are great, they are always happy to help with anything that you need help with. The hotel is very clean thanks to the girls who work there who also cook the morning meal. I'm a singl woman traveling by myself and I felt very safe there. They let me feel at home. Good location, in the middle of everything that you need. I'll stay there again next time I'm in Hanoi.

The staff are amazing so welcoming and go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. making you feel at home. breakfast was included, they also gave us cups of tea or bottles of water for free. rooms were clean with cable tv. We booked tours to both sapa and halong bay through them, we had really good trips and we paid cheaper prices to others one the same tour that had booked elsewhere.REALLY RECOMMEND

Great hostel. Excellent location. Halong Bay tour was perfect arrange by hotel. You can keep your bag at the hotel whilst you go on tours and they let us shower etc when we got back before our train. Great place to meet people and head to other places. Very clean bathroom and good air con.

This hotel is a big disappointment. It says that they offer a huge breakfast, in reality you can choose from bread with egg or jam or omelet and it´s not even good! The room was really bad isolated, it was freezing and never quiet thanks to the busy street outside. The staff never seemed interested, they spent most of the time at the hotels computers or arguing. We even saw one of the staff bribing two policewomen. It´s like a homestay but you don´t feel welcome.

Worst place we ever stayed. We didn't have a window but news paper. The toilet made gurgling noises constantly. Bathroom was pretty dirty. Smelt like dirty nappies. Couldn't sleep with noise of outside and inside baby crying, albeit a very cute baby during the day. Tours did not include what we paid for. All in all, not a great experience
