This hostel for the price is alright on the whole, it was just let down by poorly organised staff, it took is 2 hours to try and check in! We were put in a 24 bed dorm rather then the 16 bed we had booked for when we asked about this we were told that was the 16 bed dorm they just didn't use 8 of the beds, this of course was a lie as there were 18 people in the room. Not a good atmosphere for lone travellers, on the whole though for the price the hostel is clean and the beds are comfy.

Hostel was clean, on every bed there was light and power supply. Unfortunettely there was no atmosphere, maybe because common area is really small. They have really good internet connection. If someone stay in Singapore for few days it is good option to stay in this hostel - especially with this price :-)

It was clean, and quiet. It was only ten minutes away from the MRT walking. Some people showing up had trouble finding staff throughout the day because only one person works there full time. For the money, however, I can't see this being a problem as he was friendly enough, helpful, and kept the place nice and clean.

I informed the hotel i would be arriving at 11pm and when i arrived i was left knocking on the front door for around 10 minutes as the staff were watching a loud action movie. When i did make it inside, one of the men told me to go upstairs and drop my bags up in the room, i started walking up the stairs and was stopped by another man who asked what i was doing.. i told him and he said "no you check in first" so i went back downstairs. Very confusing. Bed was very comfy and the aircon was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the hostel. Location is just 500m away from the nearest MRT station so it's just a walking distance as well as the nearest bus station going to the nearest Mall which is the NEX is just 300m away. The place is clean and cozy. We arrived late and were charged $5 dollars each so there were 3 of us so we payed extra $15. Kind of pissed us a little but after we stayed there, it was worth the money we spent. :)

The hostel isn't bad but there is no atmosphere even though the dorm are huge (unlike advertised it is more than 16 beds) people aren't talking to each other. The bathroom facilities are small and the shower are not clean very well as you can see a lot of hair on the floor.

(-)On arrival we were asked for additional 30 dollars refundable deposit, which wasn't stated on the web when we booked. (-)We weren't even provided with directions to the hostel prior to our arrival. It would be a good idea to do it. Makes life easier on arrival to a strange city! (-)We booked 8 bed dorm but were placed in a 22 bed dorm without an explanation. (-)Toilet next to the room wasn't clean, it was peed all over and no toilet paper there. (+)Bedsheets were clean and freshly washed

central, clean and cheapest hostel in Singapore under a good management of mr. faz. i advised him, keep this hostel for international travelers, not for asian people seeking job in there.

It was hard to find. Lots of bugs in the bathroom and the hot water was not working. The staff was a little rude and when I gave them my laundry to clean they just washed it, hung it up and left it there for 3 days (I ended up having to get it myself) If you need a place to crash that's affordable, you should totally go here but don't expect the best.

the guy there is a very talkative person, he will ask you a lot of questions in order to have a conversation with you and even help you with some tips. the bathrooms are a little far from the rooms. it's a little far from the scenic areas.

Very clean hostel - the owner was very friendly and helpful. A little bit hard to find although luckily close to the MRT and that bridge area in signapore, definitely worth it as far as value for your dollar goes!
