Simply the best hostel! All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpfull, especially the girl with the curly hair who works the front desk and the Australian stud. They offered daily outings and nightly excursions. I had a fabulous time in Barcelona because of HelloBNC. Though the location is not ideal, it is good. You must take the metro, which is a two minute walk, to get to most places around the city. For my next stay in Barcelona, I will definitely be at HelloBNC again.

Really great hostel. Staff are excellent, location is good, and the rooms are modern, safe and well looked after. Barcerlona was amazing and i will be back! Also, free walking tour with good barcelona was well worth doing

The hostel was super close to the Paral-lel metro line (1 block) and 5 minutes from Las Ramblas. The bar in the hostel opens at 8pm and ends at 12am. They have free walking tours, free club entrances every night except Saturday when they go to Razzmatazz, and multiple other activities. Montjuic is literally 2 blocks behind it. The security of this place is AWESOME. I went on the off season and was there for over a week so the people fluctuated in and out of the place.

This hostel was average. The staff was a little lame, minus the cute bartender from NY :) ... But they did offer free entry to clubs, which was cool, but unfortunately you can't bring anyone who's not staying at the hostel inside so that put a damper on my night. LOL Other than that the 4 bed room is really small! and the bathrooms are big communal ones.

Pretty nice. The shower water sometimes is not warm enough.

I really enjoyed my stay here in this Hostel HelloBCN. I met some really cool people and I enjoyed going out to the pub crawl and the night club with the Hostel Staff.

Nice and lovely hostel. Great staff. Basic, but delicious breakfast. Wifi was not working in 6th floor.

Great hostel - clean, well located, helpful staff, good common area, organised activities available. My partner and I stayed in a private double and it was very spacious with lots of storage and a decent sized bathroom. The bathroom was cleaned every day which I thought was overkill for a private room, especially when one morning we were woken up by the cleaner but it's hardly something to complain about.

i have never stayed in a hostel before and i was a little bit nervous but i had a great experience! the rooms were small but clean(meant to sleep in not hangout in), the bathroom was clean, the staff was nice and helpful, the location is great with it being so close to the metro and las ramblas, my room faced the main street and it was still quiet, the breakfast was adequate and consisted of cereal toast juice and coffee. barcelona is freaking amazing!!

Hostel is close to a metrostation Parallel, so location is quite good. The room was for 8 people and really small. The smell in the room was horrible cause it was full of guys who partied every night. Air was not moving. Showers were clean and always one available. My jacket got lost from the bathroom but the staff got it back from some girl. Common rooms were spacious and nice. Kitchen was good as well. Staff were nice.

The location is very nearing metro and easy to find it . Security and cleaness were impressive for me though in my room meeting four young men whom didn't go sleep before 2:00am. The internet is availible so convient!!

Brilliant location - amazingly quiet at night - and within easy walking distance of bus/metro/Montjuic funicular. Basic facilities; single cold water tap and no plug for the washbasin was a bit primitive (!) - however we noticed this was the case in all the public toilets in Barcelona - but the shower was good. Good atmosphere in the common room and internet facilities very useful. Definitely to be recommended.

A very nice hostel in Barcelona, close to the station, Main shopping street and much more. Security is top notch plus they have a free ping pong table and a good bar to keep you entertained.

The hostel has lots of programs with dance clubs, so the guests can go out everynight to especific places and don't have to pay for the entrance. Also they have a bar, so you can buy some cheap beers and sangria. Also the lockers are really good, but they could put some ham and cheese in the breakfast menu :P
