I would not recommend this hostel because of its location as it is not in a nice section of Barcelona. I felt unsafe walking around the area. The staff was fine but not extremely friendly or welcoming.

The hostel was well located. It's a bit of a walk from Las Ramblas and other major attractions, but it is nothing unmanageable. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and secure. The staff was also very friendly and was more than happy to address any concerns. I would definitely stay there again.

Really nice hostel ! Nice staff, well located, clean and good music playing in the common room!

The hostel is in a prime location just a few minutes off of an underground stop (Paral-lel) and has a great atmosphere about it. The staff is extremely friendly and offers any advice they have on what to do, what to see, and what to avoid. As well the common area offered a place to meet up or hang out at night. Your stuff also remains secure behind a digitally-locked locker that only you can access with your key card. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Hello BCN was great! Staff very accommodating, rooms and bathrooms always clean. Wifi was so-so in the common area but not a huge deal. Everything you need is walking distance from hostel, main attractions easy metro ride away.

Good hostel with large common area and kitchen. You have a wearable electronic locker and door key which is very useful and the locker is very big. It's near to a metro which is handy and walking distance to La Ramblas and a lot of attractions.

Friendly staff, great location (close to metro and Las Ramblas) and good value with lockers included in the price. Nice communal area downstairs and generally a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is basic but fine considering price. Wifi is not great however, but better than nothing. I would definitely stay here again.

The firts night I slep in a four mixed room. The room was so small and the shared bathroom is not good. After that I changed for a private room and the experience was better.

I enjoyed the hostel, I found that the amount paid is well invested. The bathrooms are clean and the hostel possesses a large common room for integration with bar and computers with unlimited access and free use. The staff are also super attentive, always ready to answer questions and give the best suggestions. The hostel offers breakfast, although I have found a little weak, because it did not have wide variety of foods. The rooms are clean, there is taken and the wifi works perfectly. However,

This was a great hostel! Very reasonable pricing and a neat locker that opens with a watch like key that you keep on your wrist to get in the building as well. The breakfast provided was sufficient especially if you're travelling on a budget and don't mind a cereal and toast kind of thing. Staff was very helpful and there is plenty of information on things to do in the city if you need it. All in all I'd use this hostel again if I ever get the chance to go back to Barcelona!

Very good and cheap place to stay.

Really well located. Most of the staff are really friendly. The only bad point would be that the kitchen is kinda small for such a place, but other than that, it's great!

HelloBCN is so homie and perfect. I love the location, the cute bar, and overall everything about this hostel. Recommended for sure!

The front door security is very good. But the left luggage isn't great. They have lockers where you can lock your things in. But the lockers are communal and you are given a communal key to access. Which would be fine, but no staff oversee to make sure you don't tamper with anyone else's things which are already stowed away. Very easy for another guest to walk anyway with something.

A little away from the action but is a quaint place to stay.

Nice place with a great location right next to a central metro station and close to Los Ramblas. Had a great kitchen which was well equipped and had a fridge. Also really close to the supermarket. Wristband keys were cool. Breakfast was very ordinary but who really cares. Also very little atmosphere but it is the low season. Would stay again.
