Great staff, ideal place for young people. Awesome environment and very central location.

I would say backpacker good! By that meaning pleasant staff, friendly, and helpful with directions/party places etc. Nice rec/lounge room. Rooms not bad either, clean and airy. Bathrooms cleans and with hot water!!! (first shower by reception best!) If you stay more than 3 nights - free breakfast. Excellent value for breakie. Over all - okay with me! *If you like to party - the all night club right outside the window is awesome!! If you don't, just dont stay there over a weekend!!!!!

The location is fantastic but it is very noisy.

Thats not convenience without a wifi in room and locker. If not, it will be perfect. The girls dorm is super comfortable! I love it and will stay in Helter again if I back to Berlin.

Great location, fun atmosphere, clean facilities!

I really enjoyed my stay! It was in an excellent location, and the facilities/accommodations were all clean and in good condition. Bed was really comfortable too, which is hard to come by in some hostels. The best part, however, was definitely the staff. Everyone I talked to was really friendly and helpful when I had questions. I had a lot of fun, and I would definitely stay again/recommend it to anyone coming to Berlin! :)

Location is awesome. So close to everything you would like to see. Stuff is a bit \"so-so\", not friendly not agressive. Like nothing, they just seems to be a bit careless. Rooms are awesomly decorated and showers are clean. I would recomend this hostel to anyone who wants to stay in Berlin cheap and sleep well. You can leave your car next to the hostel, no pay from 12 am till 9 am. Then you need to pay in the parking machine. Hostel will allow you to park your bikes for free.

i stayd there only 1 night i wanted to stay more but sadly the weekend price was much higer other then that was nice relaxd feeling nuce bed nice room good kitchen net was fast i would like to come agian thank you

Relaxed atmosphere, met some good people, good kitchen, good showers, location is quite touristy but has useful transport links. Johnny was a ledge!

Helter Skelter was a lot of fun. The staff were great. They helped us find stuff to do in Berlin. The kitchen was really well stocked and easy to use, and there was a decent breakfast. Its located in a great place, in central Berlin, and really easy to get anywhere by accessing multiple metro stops within a few blocks. The rooms on the main floor are kind of loud as the hostel plays music 24hrs a day, but if you get a room on the top floor then you are good!

its great hostel literally in the middle of the city. great location (walking distance to all best tourist places and all kinds of public transportation within 3 moinutes from the place), nice rooms, clean bathrooms and nice breakfast with hot rolls baked freshly everyday :) i totally recommend this place and i will surely visit it again.

The hostel is well located and has a good service.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. It\'s very good located. The kitchen facilities have everything that you could need. The lobby is big but it can be very busy if the hostel is fully booked. The breakfast is AMAZING! and only for 3 EUR! I would definitely stay here again!

Great value for money! Spacious rooms,no punk beds,clean bathrooms and a good location with a citytrain connection. The staff was ok, but not too helpful. Breakfast is good, but quite expensive and it doesn't include drinks except coffee and tea (which are free all day long!). We didn't feel very secure since there is only one key per room and because of that the room doors are always open. There weren't any lockers in the rooms either. Smoking inside is permitted, and that was a problem for us.

Well localizated, the female room is very confortable and there are 2 WC and 2 showers exclusively for the female room. I recomended.

One day the staff were awful, the next one they were great. Only one key for every room but it turned out not to be a problem at all. Had a good atmosphere. Easy to meet people there.

The hostel was basic but well worth the money. The lounge was a great place to socialise and meet other people.
