The location is perfect. Walk around the corner and down a block and you are at the leaning tower.

We were very dissapointed because our room was not done after the first night. We didn't have any towels and we had to go for the towels in St francesco hotel and this was after a whole day out. The flushing was damaged and we passed a whole night hearing the sounds of the water in the shower and in the middle of the night my husband arrange the flushing because we couldn't sleep. It was a disaster.

Great location! 5 min walk to the tower. Room was very small. Turn down service came at 10:30am and woke us up. They said if we were interested in turn down service we would have to get out as they were not coming back. Not impressed with that at all! They should be on our schedule not theirs. All other places will do turn down when you leave. Other then that everything was just okay. But if you are looking for a one night stop in Pisa... this would do it.

Location was perfect, but don't expect to be able to chill in the lobby or outside terrace and meet people. Everyone was closed off. Not recommended to backpackers traveling alone wanting to meet new people.

This was the first place I stayed in Italy and it was the greatest place we stayed! Very clean and quaint. Felt very safe. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends.

The location is perfect, next to the tower in a quiet street. The facilities are ok, but rather basic. The main surprise was when I was in the room and someone accidentally opened the closed door on me with a different key. I do not know how is possible. Otherwise it was clean and quite good value for the money + nice little garden.

The stay here was excellent. It is right near the tower, only a few minute walk. The rooms were very clean as well as the bathrooms, and the atmosphere as a whole was homely and inviting. I would recommend maybe including breakfast. The WIFI is also very fast and reliable.
