The window was broken and glued with adhesive tape, and it was a permanent noise of pipe that followed us throughout our stay...in rest nothing interesting.

Very tight bathrooms, but it's better than one bathroom on stage. Strange smell in the corridor, but it's OK in the rooms. It's a quite far from city center, you need transportation or about 1 hour walk to Dam square. Good for the money.

The Bathroom was very poor. There is no enough space in toilet and in shower the water was not flowing out. It was just accumulating on floor and was very inconvenient to use. The Heater was making noise all night. The Coffee in the restaurent in the morning was superb and lady serving was very nice and good at her work. The ambience was very good. Has a LIDL store nearby so was easy to shop small daily needs things. Good value for money hotel.

I think that the staff is not really helpful, because we had a problem with the bathroom in the room and although I tried to complain and asked them for help, they didn't help immediately and I had to complain that day after and force them for help, when the problem was already big. The guys at the reception are not really welcoming and everytime I came to the desk for informations, they pretended like I wasn't there and looked at me after 10 minutes. I think this behavior is quite rude.

Very cheap and only one tram away from everything. Ive stayed at many locations closer to central station, payin up to 3 times more, yet have seen nothing to suggest why you have to pay more. Hem hotel is everything you want for a short stay.

Shower had problems with the floor and there was usually a big "swimming pool" on it because not all the water went to sewers.

It was disgustingly dirty, far from everything, staff was rude. Didn't even end up staying there because it was unsafe and very far away from Central Amsterdam.

Good connex to tram and bus. Receptionists nice, but: My gf and I were located not in the hotel-building but in the trailer park-like add-on to the hostel consisting of flumsy card board walls and floors. I tried not touching the carpet with my bear feet, for they don't seem to use v.c. There was a thumb nail-sized bogger on the wall next to the bed (after 4 days it was still there) and s.o. before us had left his socks on the heater (still there as well). Reminded me of hostels in South America.
