Rooms are clean and modern Staff went above and beyond for us Bathrooms were clean and well stocked Hostel has a great atmosphere Hostel offers transfer service and we got free drinks, cakes and continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend a visit!

We had to stay at a different hotel as this one was full, the other hotel was of a poorer standard.

It may not be in central Manchester, but they offer an amazing in-house taxi service to key places in the city (city centre, train station, airport etc) for a much better price than you'd get from any taxi company. The staff are really friendly and helpful and everything you could possibly need is catered for. They seem to really bend over backwards to make guests comfortable.

Hen parties, freezing cold/burning hot communial shower, DIRTY UNDERWEAR LEFT IN DRAWER NEXT TO BED, windows that don't close, empty cans behind unit next to radiator, broken wardrobe, impression that if we didn't know our remaining balance on our room we would have been overcharged. Hotel felt safe and secure, cleaning staff friendly (but probably not very thorough), shown to our room by staff, decent area - close to MCDonalds for breakfast
