You are within walking distance of the Newcastle Theatre Royal, the Newcastle Catheral's, the Metro Arena, Newcastle United Football Ground, the famous Newcastle Quayside and Bridges. 'The Gate' entertainment complex and the 'Eldon Squqre Shopping Centre are only 100 metres from Heroes Hotel.
We offer 11 bedrooms over 3 floors, comprising of Double Beds with a Single Bunk above, other rooms have two tier Bunks for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 persons.
All 11 rooms are en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin, 24 hour food service is available in the ground floor.
Please Note:
Cancellations must be made 3 days in advance. Late cancellations and no shows we result in the first night stay charged to their card.
All guests sign a Code of conduct form and each guest will pay £25.00 (refundable) in cash as a security bond and key deposit. Payment for loss of key is £5.00
All guests staying with us are made fully aware that the Hotel is not a party Hotel, however anyone who visits Newcastle at any time should be fully aware that this is a vibrant City that never sleeps.

The 'reception' is actually the counter of the chip shop. Our room door didn't lock, the beds are very squeaky, rickety & uncomfortable- *very* poor excuses for mattresses!! I ended up sharing the double with my friend, as she didn't trust the single bunk above not to collapse(and I'm not heavy). It was clean, but there was no hand towel in the toilet, and no soap. Curtain barely covered the window. It's very obvious the owners are in it for the money, traveller comfort clearly not a priority.
