This is an excellent place to stay. I have been to Bruges 5 times... this was my first stay at this B&B and now I will never stay anywhere else! Highly recommended if you want great breakfasts and to get to know Bruges the way the locals know it. The place is quiet so might be more appropriate for couples or people post-university age!

We had a lovely staty at Maria\'s bread and breakfast. The coffee was excellent. Maria is a very kind and caring person and she gave us great tips for Bruges. One thing that disturbed me a bit was that the rooms were not very soundproof, when the other guests moved in the hallway, I could hear this very clearly to our room. But on the whole, excellent service, we appreciated that we could leave our bags at Maria\'s so that we did not need to carry them around during our last day.

it's a lovely, cosy house with it's style and location. The house has a beautiful garden.Very clean and comfortable.Near to the fantastic, romantic, huge park called "minnewater". The sweet, hospitable madam welcomes u and gives u all the infos about brugge. Also she helps u about all the activities u will do during the vacation. she speaks 5 languages wich really fascinated us.You really feel as you are home since she behaves you as you're her own child. The fabulous city with her"bella maria"

The house is clean and cosy, located less than ten minutes' walk from the city center. Maria is very friendly and her advice on the city trip is very helpful. You'll have home-made bread and jams for the breakfast. Highly recommendable place!

Het Colettientje is an ideal guest house for couples wanting a romantic weekend in Bruges. Our room was large and nicely decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean. The house is located within very easy walking distance (10 minutes) of all the main tourist areas in Bruges, but is far enough from the bars and cheap hostels for you to have a good night's sleep. Maria, the owner, is very welcoming and offered lots of useful advice about places to go in the city.

Room was Ok, just for one night. Only one bathroom for everybody, so if you want to have a shower in a clean bath, make sure that you are the first one, otherwise maybe you won't have that shower if your house mates aren't so clean and respect other. I missed some drinks during the breakfast, as orange juice or water for the omelette. And, nobody told us that the garage wasn't included, but when we were paying, the landlady said that it cost 7€.

Very good hostel, or even a little private hotel, where you don't get to so. 5-10 minutes walk from both - train station and city centre. Very friendly and funny hostess Maria, who will give you a discount ticket for a boat trip and show you all the places of interest on the map. Breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular. Water at the breakfast is to pay for extra. Cleanliness was ok, but could be a bit better. All in all I liked it.

The traditional house from Brugges where you can expect a nice and pleasent ambient from its staff. Good accommodation and a tasty breakfrast! A very recommendable option for your stay in Brugges.
