Very clean and tidy, excellent dealing with customers and perfect localization, just in city centre in the market square. Muy limpio y ordenado, trato excelente y localización perfecta, en pleno centro y plaza central de cracovia.

Excellent location and wonderful staff!! They helped us in everything we needed! Very clean. Free wifi although the signal is poor.

Excellent location-steps from the market and an easy walk to the Glowney train/bus station! Small rooms, but for the price not a bad deal.

very clean, perfect location, great staff (I needed another bed and they offer two rooms for the same prize), They offer a breakfast (toast and caffee, not bad...). I have to say that if I am going another time to krakow, I'm coming back to that hostel :)

I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the facilities were excellent. The only suggestion I have is perhaps for the hostel to organize social events for those staying. Maybe some organized tours or random nights out to help people get a good idea of the area.

Good hostel for the basics - it was clean, safe and in a really good location. Would recommend for someone simply wanting a bed to sleep in, but not to someone wanting a good hostel vibe.

Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend them to anyone visiting Krakow!

Regarding the "cleanliness", it was generaly very clean but there was a leak in the shower that made the bathroom quite slippery and dirty. I suppose it is fixed by now but it wasn't really confortable during our 3 day stay. Besides that, everything was perfect and the staff was extremly nice and helpful.
