We booked several rooms with web. When we got to the hotel, did not have reservations, nor knew anything about Hostelworld.com. We lost a lot of time to explain that we had already paid a provisional booking, how many rooms, how many nights and what kind of room we had booked. The staff made no problems. The rooms are adequate and clean.

The hotel did not have any reservations. We made the reservation online and we had a lot of trouble to explain that it was not our fault. Finally after more than an hour we had the room with the price agreed.
